Whats everyones thoughts on this?
Some of the launch games suck ass, as much as i remember enjoying them as a kid, i cant believe i actually ever liked them haha. Outlaw, lmao, i wish i would have demo'd it before paying for it!
But then there are some great classics and i have found myself ADDICTED to the game room, i play for a few hours here and there going for the high scores, and so far out of all my friends i hold the top score on every machine i own. If someone takes my score, im gonna grind play till i take it back.
I cant wait for some more games to come out that are a bit better than these launch titles, but i want Kaboom! more than anything right now.
Anyone else get back into the arcade nostalgia with this?

It looks neat, but seems almost as pointless as Home on the PS3. I don't really see the point of it, but it certainly feeds into arcade nostalgia.

I sill have my Atari and all my games for it. So it's not for me, but nice for those who either sold their oldies or people who never experienced them.

I got it and demoed a bunch of games since I did have a lot of fun with some of the older ones. However, I didn't have much fun with any of them. One caught my interest but I kept running out of gas which was a pain in the ass, so I deleted game room :/

I downloaded and played a few games on it yesterday. It was fun playing a quick game of Adventure again, but I also still have my Atari 2600 (the same exact one my parents bought me in 1982) so I don't really need to throw my money into it. I like the concept though, essentially turning all these games into 1 big community mini-game arena for people to play. If you are one of the people that like it, wait for the Activision games to come out (Pitfall, Keystone Kapers, Enduro, and Ice Hockey among others), as they were the best games the 2600 had to offer.
