Hahahaha, some people are just unbelieveable, you know? It's funny how some people lack any kind of "Social Skills".
For the past week or so, I've been trying to get my Samurai to Lv. 40 so I can sub it for my Lv. 40 Warrior. I'm doing pretty good so far. I jumped 6 levels in 2 days. I'm a Lv. 27 Samurai at the moment. 13 levels short of my goal.
I'm with my party in Yuhtunga Jungle, leveling up my Samurai. One of our members decides to leave, then another, and the PT pretty much breaks. Belgarath enters my LS, ShiroiNoSora, and asks that can I switch to my WAR and go help him get the Ice Weather he needs for the Summoner Quest.
I happily oblige, and speak with the Nomad Moogle. Switch to my White Mage, and Teleport-Holla myself. I'm running through West Ronfaure without any armor on, and I see Sheikz shouting for people to join him for the Garrison quest. I figure it'd be nice to help out other people get the Mannequin pieces. Belgarath & I meet up in Southern San d'Oria, and I notice that Xcalade is pretty much shouting the same as Shiekz was. I told Xcalade that I'd join to do the Garrison quest and that I promised Belgarath that I'd walk him to Beaucedine Glacier to get his snow weather. Xcalade decides to invite me right there on the spot. I said I might be 10 to 20 minutes. He said he'd give me 10...
I pretty much said "Alright... I can deal with that", and I went on.
Belgarath & I hopped Chocobos to Ranguemont Pass. I had switched to a WAR/BLM combo so I could "Warp" myself back to San d'Oria. Belgarath invisibles himself with Prism Powder, I believe. He got aggroed by a Float Eye, so I killed it for him. We finally reach the top. and Belgarath gets his Ice Weather. With having that done, both of us Warp back to our respective homepoints.
I switch off to my Lv. 42 White Mage / Black Mage and go to the Outpost in West Ronfaure to meet up with the Alliance.
The alliance decides to invite a third party... Was that really necessary...?
And I was dissapointed to see that out of the entire 3 party alliance, I was the highest level...a Lv. 42 WHM. Even though there was a Lv. 20 cap that was about to go into effect, it was rather discouraging to see that some of the people weren't even Lv. 20 yet... and were also new (I noticed because some of them asked could I cast certain "Self-Only" spells on them).
I thought to myself:
"Uh-oh... I know where THIS is going... I better cast Reraise on myself."
And so I did.
Some of the new people had begun to ask what wss the reward for beating the Garrison Quest (Yet another bad sign). I explained that one of the reward was Mannequin parts. I went further on to explained that 2 pieces could be gained from Garrison, and the remaining 3 from BCNM.
The whole time I was explaining for the people who didn't know, Xcalade spent the whole time telling me to "STFU" and "shut up" and that he "knows already", and decided to end it with "/em casts [Silence] on Devifoxx". That was very rude right there. I was about to go off on him right there, but I held myself and simply replied: "I wasn't talking to you. I was telling the people who didn't know".
When everyone is gathered, Xcalade decides to start talking in all caps to sound important, and say:
"WHMS GET READY TO USE BENEDICTION BETWEEN WAVES!!!!!!!!!!11111"
"USE BENE ON THE PARTY"
"WHMS LISTEN USE BENE ON THE PARTY"
I began to think:
This is a really... REALLY bad sign... *Cancels his Reraise effect, and Re-casts it on himself, to be DOUBLY sure*
Then I said:
"You know, if you're doing your job right, it shouldn't HAVE to come to the point where we'd have to USE Benediction."
He replied:
"ummm ur gonna have to use it ne way."
I just shook my head. This was already shaping up to be a bad idea, but I went along with it anyway. Finally the NPCs and the first wave of Orcs arrive. I'm doing just fine, I'm keeping everyone alive, doing what I can with my Lv. 20 cap. Being a good WHM. Then my MP runs out.
The lag was so incredibly massive, I mean SO massive, that even the battle spam was having trouble keeping up!! Now you know THAT'S bad. I mean, you have the Orcs moving, the NPCs moving, the swords clashing, the sound effects, the mages casting dazzling spells, the passersby either watching us or just running past, then the new people who are just standing there like goons, not sure WHAT to do, other than stand there and watch the fight... I was lagging HARD. I cured people as much as I could, and ended up tapping out my MP completely. I couldn't even type "/heal" fast enough.
Now here's the kicker... There were THREE other White Mages in the party... Xcalade turns to me and says:
"DEVI !!! USE BENE !!!"
"DEVI !!! USE BENE !!!"
"DEVI !!! USE BENE !!!"
"DEVI !!! USE BENE !!!"
Flooding like a noob, like it's gonna make me go faster. That's not doing a damn thing, except making me lag HARDER. So I pretty much had it at that point, and replied:
"I CAN'T, YOU DAFFY BASTARD!!"
And I FINALLY get to sit down and try and recover MP. He went quiet for like 5 minutes... He was lagging hard too, I guess. The other White Mages were just sitting there like goons, or dying because the melees didn't provoke. They could've used it too.
I finally manage to say in the party that "my 2hour won't be ready until 20 minutes", and my MP is charged back up.
Xcalade spent that 5 minutes, going through the lag, trying to navigate his way to the party menu, and he up and kicks me. Heh.
He kicked the ONLY White Mage who was healing the whole alliance at Lv. 20. He just screwed himself over. So I laughed to myself, and I decided: "Hey, I got nothing better to do now. Maybe I'll mess with his head." ...So I start sending him tells. The conversation went something like this:
>>DeviFoxx : Hmm... You kicked me. I see. Oh well, you just screwed yourself over. That's why everyone at QCDN.org badmouths you.
>>Xcalade : shut up u slut u let the team die
>>Devifoxx : LOL is that the best comeback you can come up with?
>>Xcalade : u slut y dont u go back to ur forums and cry.
>>Devifoxx : lol, I'm not crying. I joined to help YOU. I already have my mannequin pieces in storage.
>>Xcalade : oh yea
>>Xcalade : i sold my legs and feet for 80k
>>Devifoxx : lol, no you didn't.
>>Xcalade : yes i did, u slut
>>Devifoxx : lmao
>>Xcalade : [Black List]
>>Devifoxx : LOL
>>Xcalade : ur a slut
>>Devifoxx : Dumbass XD
/blacklist add Xcalade[/i}
I wasn't even MAD at this point, I just wanted to heckle him because he thought he could treat me like shit, when he can't. LOL! I made him look retarded, and on top of that, I accomplished my mission. When he kicked me, AND when I heckled him, the alliance got wiped out. So really, Xcalade screwed his own damn self.
I guess I should've listened when you guys added Xcalade to your list of people to avoid. I hope now I've given those who haven't done so a good reason to do as such.
But still, arguments where the only comeback he could make would be to call me a "slut"... I'm sorry, but that's just HILARIOUS. I mean, I was laughing so hard in real life, tears were streaming down my cheeks.
