hi i was wondering what gear you all suggest for my drk. im mainly interested in pants, feet, and body

Depends entirely on what you already have and how much endgame you do.

i dodnamis annd am working on cop. right now my main legs are royal knights breeches. main feet are choas sollerets. and body is the hauberk

Body is acceptable, dusk for hands and feet until homam and you should look into some black cuisses until you can get homam pants.

Additionally, if you're willing to shell out for the mini-expansions, Blitzer Poleyn with Haste +3% and Accuracy +7 are better than Homam pants (though marginally so). Aside from that, yes, Dusk Hands/Feet, Hauby (either flavor) body, Black Cuisses for WS, other pieces of Black gear for WS if you don't have better alternatives (and they can be resold to the AH when you do).

wut is the ideal scythe for me?

There are a few options available, Perdu is good since I'm sure you could use the accuracy, Tredecim is good and cheap. Moliones's if you can afford the ring and the scythe but don't have the IS for perdu.

right now i have the vendetta. i dont understand why the perdu i looked at it and dont see how it is good.
