Geek help with Microsoft Access!

Hiya folks,

I have a few questions about Access...

1.) Is there a way to make a link to something typed in that's inside your computer? Like...if I put Person X in a field can I make it linkable to a document on my computer?

2.) Is there a way to share the document so 3 people can be on it at once? I know there's a way but I can't find the clicky button...I am attempting to avoid having that thing pop up saying I can't edit it until my coworker exits from it.

Most windows documents don't allow multiple people editing the file. It will just pop up with the "Person is editing the file do you want to open it in "Read Only"". I imagine you could probably do a UNC path to the file in Access.
