General's Shield to Koieng Sheild

Ok hers my question Since i already have a Generals Sheild when i level to a high enough level to use the Koeing/Kaiser Sheild. Should i Sell the Generals Sheild then buy a Koieng? or should i Hire a High level Smither to upgrade the Shield for me?

Im just kinda wondering what i should do?

here's some info:

Koenig Shield (Goldsmithing 97, Smithing (?))
Adaman Sheet (320k)
Gold Ingot (95k)
Gold Sheet (95k)
General's Shield (given, would be 300k+)

koenig is only 550k, because kaiser is 15m or more i think... on top of the cost to hire a lvl 97+ GS, that'd be a pretty f'in big tip to HQ

if they NQ, which they will, you lost roughly the value of your general's shield... so your choice what to do

and with all honesty i wish you could Dual weild sheilds then my shield skill would rise faster ^^ not like i do much damage anyway
