Genkai I
Probably the most annoying genkai of all. It removes the lvl cap and you can advance till 55 once you completed the quest. The quest giver is Maat located in Ru'Lude Gardens. You can get the quest once you reach 50. (or earlier? dunno). Maat asks you to get 3 items. Ancient papyrus, Exoray's mold and Bomb's Coal. Once you trade this to him, you will be able to advance to lvl 55.
Bomb's Coal : Garliage Citadel
This one is pretty easy. Consists of killing Explosiers which should be tough to a lvl 50. Their drop rate is about 90% (yes it has times when it doesn't drop). The only thing you have to watch out is their self destruct which sometims can one shot a 1000hp galka monk if not resisted. 1PT can deal with them.
Exoray's Mold : Crawler's Nest
This is purely luck... sometimes drops often, sometimes takes 3 hours for 1 drop. Exorays are in the Donut field in Crawler's nest. You have to watch out for their various gas WS since it can go up to 500 damage. Tough ~VT at the most... 1 party of 50s can deal with them NP.
Ancient Papyrus : Eledieme Necropolis
Probably the most hated item of all FFXI. Not only its dropped in the most annoying place but the drop rate is QUITE BAD. You can camp in 2 places. First is the Ribbon Quest field... Where the human bones are. There are 4 litches near this place. Another part you have to go through Ragmont pass, then to Bostine Glacier and then to battalia downs to enter this portion of Eledieme's Area. Here I think you have about 9 litches... maybe 8. I got mine in here. 1~2PT of 50s wanted. (2pt for the glacier side)
TIPS:
1. For starters please stop the spamming of "Help me out!" "Cap(...)" "GENKAI" "ITEM" "FIGHT" "THANKS"... its annoying like hell. Type in english which is more rewarding than you think. OR at least put like this... with translator:
"Excuseme" "Seeking members" "Genkai" 1 Skill UP OK "Member" "(insert your current members... if there are alot insert how many you got)" "Thank you" Sorry SHOUT.
2. It might be a good idea to get the Vaz crystal if you head to the glacier. It will help you in the genkai 2 quest.
