If you're like me, you heard the stories about the nightmare it is to get the paper for genkei. My party got 6 in two hours. Here's how we did it:

Here was my party setup: Whm/Blm Whm/Smn Blm/Whm Thf/War Pld/War Sam/War

First off, DO NOT go to the entrances near jeuno in Batillia downs. I have seen a lot of parties do this because it's convenient, but you have to go deep in and it is very dangerous. Instead go to the back entrance. To get there go East Ron>>Rangemount Pass>>Beacidine glacier>>Bat downs. There is an entrance there where you can safely camp right by the zone with plenty of lichs around. The only downfall is, dont have your Blm escape, because you will end up about 1/2 hour away. Again though, you will be camping right near the zone.

Secondly, the puller. Here was our key. We used the Whm/Smn to pull. Sound crazy? Well the Smn sub was only lvl6 too! Before you discount this post, listen to this. The Whm casted sneak on themselves, walked to the lich spawns, used carby to pull (Which DOES NOT cause sneak to wear off) and brought the lich back, then went to get the next. By the time we'd kill one, he'd be bringing back another. We'd do that for all 8 spawns, rest and repeat. Again 6 papers in under 2 hours. We only had one death too, and that was only because the puller forgot to recast sneak on themselves before going to pull.

On a side note, the Thf was using H2H, and it simply owned against bones. Good Luck to all of you gettin ready to start Genkei!

Lich on links with lich... (at least they never linked on me when I pulled for my ls)

I love soloing them... Pulling with Cure works well (No links). Just make sure when you pull, run away so they dont nail you with their magic. You want them to come running to your camp because Yellow health in Eldieme Necro = Bad news. GL :D

Not exactly sure what you mean, but we used carby to pull, not so much to avoid a link as because "sneak" would not wear off like it does with other pulling methods, thus avoiding aggro on the return trip.
