Ziph was just the straw that broke it for me.

I disbanded, but did it by accident. I was trying to use Member List to see Ziph's level and hit the disband by accident. THEN I decided it was actually a good thing.

Odon decides without accepting a vote that any Shakudo ingots or Ballon Clothes will be sold by Odon and distributed.
I heard several people say they would rather lot. Sorry Odon's rules I guess. No democracy there.

I was in the aquaducts about 30 minutes before the first of you ever crossed over. There was another WHM in there for a different subligar party in the same boat. He was waiting for his slow-ass party to show up for over an hour.

From what I understand Odon organized this run which makes him leader, he wanted to be fair to everyone by giving everyone a cut of what's dropped...what's the problem here? It's not like he said "Everything that drops is mine and that's too bad if you think different" He was trying to make it a profitable run for everyone...not just peeps with the luck of hte draw which I think is awesome.

As for the not flagging quests before you go to do them (especially when you have others waiting for you) that really sucks.

the group was all over vanad'iel. ...kind of tough to stick together when they do that but i agree you should.

as for the ingot drops: never gave a shit, he could keep it all, wouldn't have cared, its my fee for joining a supposedly organized event.

moreover, what i'm most upset about with odon is that on my fourth death, he HP'ed and disbanded the PT and alliance not giving me or anyone a chance to talk around to find a raise in there

It kind of sucks but it's pretty much what to expect out of a big alliance of strangers. Can't really blame the leader for other people being late any more than he can take credit for you being on time.

As for the whole lotting thing, that's the leader's discession not yours. It's really fair either way so I don't see the point in bitching about it. You'll find later in the game this is a very common practice, especially with very valuable items. No one is going to just lot strider boots and whoever wins is rich. when the item drops, you all have a piece of it by right. By lotting you're gambling your piece away. Odon simply didn't want to force that.
If however you are dead set on gambling it, you can always take all the people who wished to lot and have them /random over their share to see who'll get that. I mean, this isn't rocket science people, you can figure things out so everyone is happy.

Honestly if you're going to get so worked up, you have no future at all in any endgame events where waiting around for hours is the standard, and where leaders have to try to do what's most fair for 20+ people for efforts spanning over days where some people where there for some parts and not others. It gets pretty complicated, and if you don't like it you'll be out on your ass and someone else who's been waiting will take your spot.

The problem Duffman, is you go before everyone else and then you start whining like a fucking baby how everyone else is late. It wasn't Odon's fault the people didn't show up on time. Yeah we started way later than we were supposed to, but I don't know how the fuck you got this far in this game without realizing things that consist of big groups almost never start up on time.

Yeah that always annoys the shit outta me too. If you are gonna put a massive picture in your sig, have it not make you look like a tool/poser. If I got to put pictures of all the level 7 jobs I have in full AF it would look like a Taru Family reunion. I mean wtf, why even mention a level 7 job in your sig if you aren't mentioning them all out of completeness. (This of course does not apply to people who's highest level job is 7)

If you would have stayed in jueno we could have set up the partys to a correct standard not 5 dds and a tank

and 3 healers and 2 support jobs and a dd
