There's a reason why I always disagreed with Excalibur's sig when he posted here. How many of those fatal car accidents did an autopsy to tox report to determine the person's state of mind when driving instead of just going oh you died cuz you hit someone.

Pretty much by social convention, they've already made cans of air a "controlled substance" at most retail stores. How long do you guys give it until good ole nutmeg gets the same treatment? After all, it's not like parents can be expected to actually police the behavior of their own children or anything . . .
