getting accused of mpk

Last night i came home and didnt feel like going to sleep quite yet so i logged on for a bit. No one was interested in escort quest so i figured id grab my Crawlers Nest coffer key and check a couple spawn points.

I get there and go to basement to check rumble room and nest beetls etc. I pass by none other than Wolfskymoon (he was in an xp pt), and after seeing no chest in that area, i started to get tired and didnt feel like looking in the other area so i warped back to jeuno.

About 15 minutes later WSM sends me tell accusing me of trying to MPK him. :roll: . I dont understand that because HE has a big problem with me (i have no problem with him, i just think he is an idiot :lol: ), he automatically accuses me of mpking him. I had to argue with him to try to convince him it wasnt me, yet he still didnt believe me.

Not everyone is out to kill you WSM, no matter how much you dont like them :wink:
 
I talked to that guy a bunch last night...about MMO communities and what not. Seemed like a spiffy sir.

And what's with this MPK garbage going on now? This game sure has gone to hell in the last 4 months when I wasn't playing it. I thought WoW was the only place that has drama issues.
 
Save the drama for your fuckin' momma.
MPKers need to be shot in the face and left to rot.

I'm not taking one side or the other, this is just a guess.

How far behind him were the beetles? Is it possible that he got aggro (and linked) without knowing it, then warped when he didn't find his coffer?

Or is it also possible that Jedi warped, then someone else of the same job wearing the same AF trained the beetles on you?

Like I said, I'm not taking sides. I just want a few more facts before we decide who was wrong in the matter. Or if it was just an accident. Neiter of you really made a convincing argument. "I didn't do it." and "yes you did" isn't enough for me.
 
this is what i saw.. someone named jedi something ran past us with about 5 beetles in tow, the beetles were very close to him...

he ran past our party towards the end of the tunnel, and next thing i see is him warping out...

we finished killing what we were fighting, and i escaped the party, luckily the beetles had not come back in time

i was kind of tired at the time, so my memory may be a little fuzzy, also anyone who knows me in the game can tell you i play with the highest code of honor... aside from getting drunk and slapping jp's in ru'lude gardens with jp onry in their search comments but that's besides the point, my point is my reputation in this game is rather unblemished, unless you ask the mighty {vermin killer} (spiritzunleashed joke)

i made a half hearted joke to my ls about being in the pt with wsm and said watch someone randonmly try to mpk us, due to some feud they had with wsm

on a side note, i was rather impressed with how wsm acted in the pt, maybe i caught him on a good night, but he was helpful and all the horror stories i read about him on hear were not evident at the time

so there you have it, my detailed recount of what happened last night, i hold no animosity towards jedimind, if he says he didn't do it on purpose then he didn't, but the next time you run through another party's camp with aggroing mobs and then warp, please have the decency to warp before you put another party in danger

The word should not be game. More like "server". The game is great but the people that have come up in the server over the past few months are mostly, NOT IN WHOLE, trash.

True. Can't really speak for other servers. Sadly all the new MMO's are starting to follow suit. The only ones I can think of with good communities are EQ1 and EVE-online. Both have yet to be tainted from what I can tell.
 
Well all i can say is "Yes u did train 5 helm beetles on us "Dallius was in same party as me.Jedimind is gagne right.But ahh i have no idea why u'd try to flame me even though i didn't flame u for trying to mpk me, cuz i know everyyone was just gonna take ur side.

I'll have to go with Wolfskymoon then. Cause he didn't come make a thread about it and make a big deal out of it. The thread started is the loser in this situation.
 
And trust me i was mpk'd once before and i didn't like it.If you try that cheap stuff again on me just cuz u have nothing to do.... i'm crazy enough to make sure u die a few 100 times.Can't wait to see u turning the subject around now.

Who likes being MPKed?

Based on the OP, it was 15 minutes between Jedimind warped and when WSM sent the /tell, which makes it seem like it was someone else; otherwise the message would have been much faster. Even your party member admitted to not knowing the full name.

So it's possible someone else did it and Jedimind got the blame. It'd also be really odd for Jedimind to make a thread about this if they really intended to MPK you.

That's all speculation, but I could be wrong.
 
You've only been MPKd once before WSM? My minions aren't doing their jobs right... best whip those little bastards into shape.

Well. I ran behind your party, stopping periodically to check for coffers. Took my sweet ass time getting all the way to the back room. I stood in there for a minute thinking if I felt like goin back to the other area by wespes, decided i didnt feel like it so i warped.

There is no possible way i trained any beetles, forget about helm beetles like you said Dallius. I warped out of the back room, i never came back out past your party. I even stopped in you camp to recast sneak before heading to the back room, i think i wouldve gotten attracked then if i got aggro.

Careface, i guess i made the thread because i dont like being blamed for MPKing someone for no reason at all. I dont really mean to make a big deal out of it, its just.... i think we have all seen the jack-asses that mpk for no reason, and i dont want that label.
 
Hey Hey Hey!!!!!!!!! I'm the mpk king! (or so my post earlier stated) so dont let this feeble mpk shine your eyes away from me! mmy post upto 86! keep it going boys! and girls^^
