Getting back on Quetzy?

Hey everyone. I'm coming back full time in April, so this obviously isn't urgent. But I'm wondering, if I can't get my character back, will XI randomly throw me into a server, or is there some sort of pattern to it? I'd love to cheat the system and get into Quetzy without having to bother anyone for a World Pass, but if there is no other way, I can't stand being away from everyone I know here, so I don't have any other choice.

If anyone knows some way to get past the randomness of the server pickings, please, by all means, tell me. If not, I guess I'll be back here soon enough in April begging for a World Pass...heh. :irked:

Really? Awesome, thanks a bunch. I'll pay it back fully once I get into the groove again. It's been so long since I've played, though, I'm pretty much a newcomer again.
 
its only like 5k lol for a world pass
 
A gold worldpass is cheaper and costs 1k. Its only one use but I am sure thats all you need. You would think the regular world passes would be cheaper but their not.

Yes, both the person who gave the pass and the person who recieves the pass. So that could benifit both of us. I'll have to look into that, I'm not sure I could do that though. I'm sure my character isn't there anymore, but if he is, then we can't use the Gold Pass, on a count of you have to create a whole new character, etc., etc. But then again, if my character is still there, I don't need a world pass anyway, but I doubt that he is.

ur character will be there, its rare for them to delete characters even though they say they do

I really hope so, I put a lot of time and effort into him. Granted, I think I'm only at level 32 or so, but I have a lot of precious memories put into him, too. I'm not expecting it to still be there, but it doesn't hurt to hope.
