So I'm standing in the Assault Tag building waiting for my tags to reappear because my 24hrs for 2 tags have passed by. Do one Assault and thinking that when i finish, I will get the next one. So I get back and the NPC says I gotta wait 24 more hours for another tag. I thought it was 24hrs per tag. I called the GM telling him my tags are not showing up and wanted to know where my tags were. He replies " Blah blah blah, I am not allowed to give players Strategy Assistance, Sorry." Instead of continuing the conversation I just dropped it theres no point in arguing with them. I just wanna know wtf is up with the GMs.
Plain as day, they suck and need to be fired... I want them to hire someone who actually does shit in game rather than someone who looks at a log and says "Hey look, theres a problem, lets ban someone"
In rebut GM's do stuff if the scenario is right. I was doing limit break in crawlers nest killing exorays with my linkshell mates for a good half hour (no competition, fast kills, good shit) when outta the blue this asshat dragoon shows up and starts spamming shouts how red mages suck and he's ubor dragoon that can outvoke us yada yada.
He proceeds to voke the majority of mobs in the exoray camp for the next half hour, following our thief around, voking when she went to pull etc etc. Eventually his backup comes and they all apologize for him but don't do anything to stop him besides that really. So I call the fucking GM lol. I tell him he's ruining my gaming experience. Check the logs, we tried to be nice and said "hey there's enough for both to share no need to be an asshole about it and voke anything that comes our way" and of course he laughs and keeps doing it.
Long story short I put a gm call in, [gm]Hermetica - "I hear someone's stealing your mobs" -- that right there says "I'm not going to do anything for you if it's not claimed you have nothing" -- so I tell him he's ruining my gaming experience by insulting my party, following our puller, and making it impossible to get the quest finished. I say check the shout and say logs. He says ok, 5 minutes later they're banned from crawlers nest. ALL of them, him and his pals. We get our drop 10 mins later uncontested. It's all a matter of DID they actually break the user agreement? If no, you don't have any grounds to complain.

I'm sorry, I should have been clearer when i said they sucked. I meant the ones who dont do anything about systematical errors.

does this mean you expected to get 2 tags after 24 hours, or that you had 1 and would have 2 tags after 24 hours?
I think he was referring to something like using up charges on an empy band, and gettin a new set of charges, but in an obscure and not-so-similar way for the assault tags. sry if ive confused you, I cant quite explain it, but i understand what he means.
I used 3 tags around the same time yesterday, so i was waiting to get a new set because the 24 hr from yesterday was coming up.

Well, if you used all 3 24 hours earlier, then you would only have 1, no? Unless you had taken one before using 3 tags, which would leave you 1 and get another one 24 hours later.

ya what she said. In this case the gm was correct in his response. He is not allowed to give and information on how the game works. Meaning your method on how you think the tags work is wrong. you get total of 3 tags 4 if you a holding 1. you get one tag each day at the corsponding time that you used the last tag. For exampleCourtney said:
Person A get tag at at tue 120 next tag 140 next tag 215
Person A wil get 1 tag wed 120 thur 140 fri 215.
