Buy Coronettes from Harmodios and trade them to Yoran-Oran.
You lose 30 gil per piece you trade. It takes about 300 to be a hero in windurst. You can only buy Coronettes when Bastok is in first place. Someone told me 2nd place was good enough, I haven't confirmed this.
