Now I've been attacked by several different people and Jamal was one of them. By his own morals he was instating, clearly he would not be tolerant of a former cheater. Another thing to point out, is GP was in his shell when he was banned for cheating. That can mean 1 of 2 things, but I think both are obvious.
In the end... to me, it just says that's it's really easy to judge someone when you haven't ever been put into a situation where you had to make the same choice as them. It's really easy to judge someone who cheats/shells with cheaters when you've been oblivious to the cheating going on around you. Then... surprise surprise, the choice comes your way and you realize it's not easy to leave your shell full of friends, or boot a friend out who you genuinely enjoy playing this GAME with.

I'd just like to see certain people's reactions to this topic. Crosis, Courtney, Neophytal, Skaw, and even gigantor.... what are your thoughts on THIS topic? You guys are pretty outspoken when it comes to these things, and i'd really like to hear your opinion.
my opinion is that i would normally say i would give second chances, however, i would not, in this case, agree with the decision. its jamals shell and if he wants to do it, then so be it... but, personally, i would not if i was in his shoes..

This is partly to clear up my confusion, but what does happen when someone cheats in terms of GM punishments? I always thought it was 1 day, 2 day, 3 day and then perma-ban, but given that so few are willing to admit guilt when they have been banned, it seems a little hard to tell what the real punishment is.
