I mowed it. I now work as a fairway mower at www.priddisgreens.com . The place is absoloutely gorgeous. A 36 hole country club. 42,000 dollar yearly membership. >.>

And I get to play there for FREE. w00t

I'll post a few pictures of my home course on sunday. I'll find a few of the more picturesque shots, there's a few of em there. Overall a pretty nice course.
 
Just got done playing about 14 holes before it started getting dark and too hot. Played with a friend of mine and we played Battle Golf, it's a fucking BLAST lol. The way it works is if you win the hole (match play, handicapped) You can take a club out of your opponents bag (or take one of your clubs back) and they can't use it until they get it back. ;D It makes a lot of holes interesting lol. Playing a 420yards par4 with no club longer than a 6 iron was pretty funny, but I still made par, and eventually came back to even up the match after being down 4 going into the 10th hole XD
 
I am going to have to try that. Emphasis on 'going'. lol
 
Just got back from a charity golf outing. It was a 4 man scramble and we shot a 5 under, which was a little above average, but we also drank a whole lot of beer, so theres an excuse for being kinda shitty. I also got sunburnt to hell because its 93 degrees in the 'Burgh today ; ;

Also: There was a form of battle golf in the Tiger Woods games, but it sounds like a hell of a lot more fun IRL. Gonna have to try that sometime.
 
Yeah lol, we got the idea from the video game and it's a freaking blast IRL, so much better than the game.
 
Oh. My. God.

Tiger Woods is done for the season, that sucks, but get this:

He won the U.S. Open, in one of the greatest sudden deaths in the history of the game, with a ruptured ACL, and a double stress fracture of his Tibia. Un-f'ing-believable... That's just amazing to me. I get so tired of hearing the media harp on how great Tiger is.. but being a golfer I can appreciate what he does, but god damn... how in the hell does he do that? He's superhuman.

If I ever get a set you and I should go hit up Cog Hill XD.

My city's park district has three golf courses all pretty nice I would say. I haven't gone much but I've come to realize I suck, but it's a good time if you don't go in the middle of the day when it's humider than hell.
