Since Darthyoda decided to announce his departure from FF about a year late, I figured I should do a similar post. I've quit. I haven't played at all for nearly a month, and I barely played for the 2-3 months before that. My content IDs end as of April 30th, and all of my possessions that were worth anything have been sold or given away.

Most people who know me are already aware of all of this. I post now for anyone that I knew but didn't get the chance to notify. Also, my gear/gil distribution was not ranked in any kind of logical fashion. Don't feel bad if we were tight but you didn't get any loot.

Like Darthyoda, I won't be back. I'll miss the people I've met, but not the monotonous time-sink that passes for game-play in FF. Furthermore, I don't plan to haunt QCDN other than a few private forums with friends. Since I'm not playing FF, I don't see the point.

Hasta la vista, baby! (Well, not really, but I figured you can't go wrong with an Arnold one-liner.)

Definitely one of the best people i've met ingame - i'm sure i'm not alone saying you'll be missed, but that i understand where your coming from and wish you the best, always.

I agree with the comments of the previous posters here, Osse. You will be missed by all your friends and former LS mates. One of the best teachers of his crafts and always gave good advice to even the not so knowledgeable players like myself. Value his friendship and his playing style and the fact that he was there to help when someone needed it when he wasn't busy with other more important things.
