I never denied it in the first place. Unless the ones besides the dynamis ones you're talking about that you claim I did, which for the 8th or 9th time, nope.
 
ffxiah profile works for me, for now. I'll try to talk to ironmike in game to make sure it is his account still. It would be easy enough for someone to make a QCDN account using other people's names on the server w/out their knowledge.

I'll clean this thread up later - I plan to split off the garbage into its own FB thread and lock it. PC +1s on the FB are not against the rules (but remember, spamming is... so don't get yourself banned on stupid technicalities). Therefore the posts, and PCs, will remain.
 
Look at the last page of this thread and you will find a prime example of PC+. It contributes nothing, and usually only makes the poster's friends laugh.

Whereas a good example of spamming is what Machao did to get banned. Just posted like 5+things in a row in each topic, each being as useless as the last.

Pretty much the difference between PC+ and Spamming is the magnitude in which you do it.

some of it wasn't derail. a lot of it was piss and moan about the original thread being moved here, then some rebuttal, and a dash of derail added in for shits and giggles.

rail on with the rap parodies though, until someone "wants to be cool" and the cycle starts anew.

The QCDN Rap parodies thread is great, and so seriously not flame worthy. Its too freakishy easy to hurt someones feelings on this board, people should just get the fuck over themselves and chill out. I really don't believe this belongs on the flameboard though, it kept the trolls out when it was in Fanworks. (For the most part, anyway)


So right on with the raps guys, (all though with text and without a beat, it's technically more like poetry as a definition) and don't worry about the people who get pissy about it.

I don't know you Jamal, but I like your work here. Don't cloud all the good stuff you do up with that self importance bullshit, you're kinda giving people the wrong impression.

It is a fine balancing act. Your point is well noted, as I feel the same way. How much fun it would be to have the QCDN of old back. You know, back when Rones still made his appearances here.

However, until I can find virtual bubblegum coated with ecstasy, as a mod, I have to be unbiased in the enforcement of rules. Whether we like it or not - these raps did have candy coated flames. When Jya candy coated his flames, I enforced the rules. There was a pretext to the thread - and I wish it had worked Jamal, but when it came down to it, the precursor was not sufficient.

The United States Justice system works the same exact way, and that is also which makes it only work about 70% of the time. I agree that rules exist for a reason, but being blind to all but the rules is equally as dangerous.

I know moderation is tough, and also realistically you can't take every thread and deliberate over what should be done with it without someone crying bloody murder, but I figured something like this which doesn't target any one person would be a slam dunk.


And to those that were wondering, artistic liscense and creative freedom do apply to these works, so long as those involved in the creation are willing to take responsibility of ownership for a public response. (as the definition per Artistic Standards states)
