This past week, two very special friends quit playing FFXI.
Launcher -- We met each other in Valkurm Dunes when I was a level 14 DRG. He was from Norway and would play at wierd hours, which was great because my schedule was all wonky anyways. He was the first European player I met on FFXI. I guess being Scandinavian he had a different way of seeing things -- always friendly, active, helpful. I'll surely miss Laucher -- goodbye friend.
Sparky -- Another person I met as a lowbie in Valkurm Dunes. His name epitomizes his personality. Always upbeat, and his attitude was contagious. I can't help but smile every time he was around. One thing I will never forget: He was so proud of his beard. Goodbye my friend. And good luck in WoW.
