this guy is my hero for super mario 64 and i dare anyone to try and beat that time

I must say, for being a mario fan and playing this game to death when I was younger and thought I had mastered this, I was completly blown away by this video. This is gotta be one to the most impressive skills I've seen in any video game of this type yet. There were glitches in that game I never knew existed, and I explored this game inside and out, or so I thought. This guy makes me look like a newb.

Really nice find. I'm gonna show this off to my brother when I get a chance for he is a fan of this game much like myself. Plus I wanna try out doing those blasted endless stairs now with this new trick I just watched.

Cheater. :irked:
Yeah, it looks nice, but I won't believe it till I see it with my own eyes.

its called "tool assisted"

he didnt cheat, those are all glitches in the game he exploited. How he makes it look so perfect is he played it on the emulator, and used a frame-save tool. These save a record of the game about 10 times a second. So each time he makes a mistake, he backs the game up, and does it again.

yeah that could make sense. There were a few spots I saw where it looked like he should've fell short on a few of those jumps but somehow it doesn't happen. I still say the kid/adult has some skill though.

Best thing I've seen in a long time ^^

I stumbled onto a Megaman X video, I have no clue what it's from, looks like an intro of some sorts.

I just discovered where this is from. I got the Mega Man X Collection recently (being a fan of the series and all) and it's the opening from Mega Man X3. I presume it's the Playstation version (which I actually never knew existed) because the SNES version doesn't have any scenes like that and a very different sound track.

Thanks for the info, I was kinda hoping they made an anime of the early MMX series, but no luck as of yet ^^;

The MMX series is still by far my favorite Megaman series though, they introduced Zero, how could you ask for a better partner to X?
