Been a customer since the Boomslang and before the other company took over.

Currently using my Razer Viper. x;

Bought it as a travel option for my laptop, but my Logitech Wireless crapped out and this has become my main mouse.

Never tried a Diamondback, but aside needing to clean inside the Boomslang from time to time, I never had any serious problem.

Sorry to hear about your poor performance on your last Razer Mouse Helius.
 
I use a ghetto mouse, and I'm proud!
