Wow, these two are complete morons.

I was in a group in Garliage Citadel with them and promptly left as soon as I found out what fucktards they are.

First off, Greenjello was supposed to be the tank, so why were the DRK and myself (the SAM) tanking?

Then, Greenjello tells me that I need to "do better", because I wasn't dealing 130+ damage on normal hits to IT++ creatures.
Meastoso, being Greenjello's bitch, followed in suit with the same story.

At this point, being very tired IRL and not wanting to deal with crap at that rate, blisted both of them and dropped the group. I feel sorry for whoever they replaced me with.
 
hmmm....seeing that u only have 2 posts....i chose to discredit u and stand frimly believing that GJ is good for the most part, i used to chat w/him all the time...although i nver pted before i dun think he'd be as stupid as u make it seem, like u said u were tied (and most likely delussional O_o)

Hmmm....sorry I'm new to the board. I don't think that post count should really matter, and no, I wasn't high off of anything, just tired.

Read tired as "short tempered", so anything stupid like that would trigger me to react like this: posting to a Flameboard.

I assume that people here really don't take to newcomers?

Don't leave, it's a flameboard and if they were acting like jackasses you have the the same right to post as someone who's been here for ages.

lol why the hell would post count matter?
so if you have 1 million + posts, your some how better then someone else?.... more like you have to much time on your hands
 
If i recall correctly, Greenjello (although always nice to me) can be a serious ass sometimes. This is from friends' experiences mostly though. And welcome to the boards Myst, we actually do like newcomers. It's nice to have...fresh meat.
 
Yes Greenjello can be quite......annoying. He's been on my blist for issues he brought up a few months ago.

lol look at my post count. it doesn't mean that I know crap lol. It just means that I've spent alot of time on the 4 word story lol.
 
Post count on it's own means nothing. However, it has a correlation with user credibility on forums. Those who have been around for a while and done a good deal of posting has established some crediblity among the readers. While you can have low credibility despite a high post count, people who have been around longer are more likely to be trusted. Just imagine 2 posters disagreeing on a topic, who would the readers put more faith in? One who has been there for months and became known as a solid source or the new guy who just showed up for his first post? It's not meant to be offensive to new people, its just a lack of familiarity. Until the readers become familiar with new comers, they are naturally skeptical of newcomers.
 
Like me for instance.

I have a high post count and don't know jack shit but am still accepted (or like to think that I am) by this community.

I just had some bad luck in where my old PC took a shit and couldn't play for a while but as some of the avid posters here know I just got my kickass system back up and running and should be on tonight if not tomorrow depending on my availability.
