Hello!
I used to play on Quetzalcoatl about 2 years ago as a Red Mage named Bastille. For one reason or another I stopped playing (this site has come a long way since I last remember!).
I am not going to resurrect that old character, but have instead created a new one. I have a new Taru WHM (name: Hermandous) on Quetzalcoatl and am looking for linkshells to join so I can contribute to teams.
If you'd like, add me to your friends or shell. I'd love to find some people to level up with (those starting new classes perhaps makes this a great time to do this).

A little history about me...

Somehow or another, I switched over to playing WoW. And worked my way into officer positions, running raids, etc. I realized what I loved the most about the game was getting a team to work together, setting goals, and enjoying results of everyone playing well together with the same goals in mind. Unfortunately, WoW has a tendency to reward greedy loot snatchers more than team work. Whether this is a result of the people who play, or the game mechanics - I'm just not a fan of it.
After some thought I realized what I was looking for, FFXI had to offer. It rewards that team driven playstyle that I am really looking for. I hope I can meet some of you online and have some fun!
I hope I can find what I'm looking for on Quetz.
