*Sorry if this post is really long...*
I dont feel good about posting a flame about Gregor, do the fact that a couple of my friends are friends of his... they all said he was a nice guy, and when i first met him i thought the same. but Gregor screwed me and half an alliance over.
ok, Gregor was the man incharge of doing the following San d'Oria Rank Missions: 8-2, 9-1, and 9-2...
8-2 went great, no problems there... however... when 9-1 came up, everything went down hill -.-;

One of the partys in the alliance leaves before us, and gets way ahead, he kept asking them to wait but they never did. So he disbands the alliance as soon as we get to Valley of Sorrows. He then says that all we need to use to get to the "???" is invis. So thats all i get put on me, and i start following him to the "???". Before i know it i get aggro from a raptor and die... invis only eh? ; ;.

So i let the insident inside Valley of Sorrow pass, and forget about it.
We get back into Jeuno, and prepare for our next trip inside Batillia Downs Island. He says that we only need silent oil, and i say no prism powders? just to make sure because last time he said something like "invis only" i died. Then he calls me "Retarded" because I asked that question just to make sure.... I ignor what he says because i just want to get this thing over with and be Rank 10.

We get back together with the party that Gregor Dissolved the alliance with, to finish the rest of the missions.
We get all of our Key Items, and finish 9-1...

Now heres the fun part 9-2...
Everyone gets to Fei'Yin ok and Gregor starts setting up the partys.
He makes his party, the party that goes first, pretty much the best setup. The other partys setups werent bad, mainly it was the same RDM, WHM, and BLM in each one, but different melees.

His Party setup was (if i remember correct): PLD68, RDM73, NIN74, BLM75, SAM67, and WHM69.
Ours was: WAR58, PLD60, DRG63, DRG67, RDM73, and BLM75
Anyways... His party goes in first, they beat it. Gregor tell us what the next party setup is... and whats he do? he leaves "Teleport-Holla please"
He leaves even after he got pissed off from the party leaving him behind earlier. So our party is left here, with a 60 tank (compared to a 74 tank) and not many options for a party setup. We try to do the BCNM fight, and we lose within about 2 mins. of fighting, we all died except the 73RDM and 75BLM who left the arena as soon as they could.

What im here to say, is Gregor... you are an asshole, and you are the "retarded" person. You messed up my whole day from what you did. You could have stayed and helped the rest of us get the mission done instead of leaving us in the cold. Because of all the time that it took just to die a couple of times, and waste a few hours for nothing, i had to be replaced inside my static, because i couldnt finish this. I hope no one else has had these kinda problems from this guy. From what i heard he's a nice person. I guess ppl change, because he was no where close to being nice to me.
If you think any of the stuff i am saying is incorrect, or i am lying, i got screenshots to prove it. Sorry if the image's are not working, im not too familiar about posting them.
 
Few things....

A. If you dont know that Raptors are sound, thats your fault.

B. People want to leech offa others, IE. 60 tank, and sometimes it backfires. I'm so happy it backfires, cuz people have to stop leeching. :roll:

C. I read like 4 lines, but A and B still apply.
 
I wasnt too mad about being killed from the Raptor, i was more mad about him leaving on the alliance right after he got it done. I find it ironic that he was pissed because one of the partys wouldnt wait for him. But he turns around and does it to us.
 
Just my point is why are the people with the red beside their name doing a rank 10 mission? Rank used to mean something, now a lv58 war can be rank 10???? :roll:

Yeah. I gotta admit, we were still pretty low level to be doing the mission itself, but if Gregor would have at least helpped us, we could have gotten it. :roll:

Ok as long as you understand you werent really benefiting all that much. Not just you acctualy, but like 4 people total.

Mysterious... first off you need to listen.
You're a 63 dragoon, we had a 58 warrior, more then half of our alliance got rank 10 done.
I gave the pt setups. I told you I had to go AFK to pick up beer from my cuz's house. Ask anyone in that alliance. I said it clear as day AFK at least 30 minutes.
I didn't know I had to hold your hand thru 9-2... I'm sorry I'm not old enough to be your daddy... I'm only 19. You are lucky I even asked you to come on 8-2 and 9-1 anyways.
I mean you repeatidly asked me questions in tell. Repeatidly. Do I need powders in Eldieme Necropolis? No.. just oils. Ok you sure? Yes.. So no invis right? No... just sneak... Ok so then I won't buy powders. NO just oil.. Ok then no invis.
Then I specifically say invis for Valley of sorrows and avoid raptors since a pt is already there killing them.... and you flat right off the bat catch aggro. How dumb can you be.
More then half of our alliance is now rank 10 wth u talking about... and yeha I disbanded the alliance in valley of sorrow when the other pt didnt wait for us since the BLM was our D2 for 2 of our 8 members there.
And we rejoined up with them anyways, once they came to help. so wth u talking bout.
You're lucky I even asked u to come on 8.2-9.2... dude ur a frickin 63 drg... the war aint complaining and hes lvl 58...
I'm sorry I didnt know I had to hold your hand and be a father figure for u to get done 9-2. Babies like you ruin the game.
Once you hit maybe 70 you should try it again. Have fun.
 
Ok... now thats a little bit Over Exagerating with all the /tells i sent you. The only tells i can remember sending to you were durring the 8-2 mission. I said "How many keys am i supposed to have 3?" thats about it. The reason why i asked that in /tell was because too much was going on in party chat.
You did say "AFK" but you never said "going to get some beer." Right after you said "AFK" you disbanded the party.

Notice on the picture all it says is "AFK" with your name next to it?
Then notice the top right corner where it has 3 names, your name is suppose to be in there... its not.

I don't like people who leech in BCs.

At the same time I don't like it how people who plan alliances runs that turn into single PT BCs sometimes stick themselves always in the PT with the best possible setup and throw the leftovers together as a sure failure. It'd be better to just plan out your own party from the get-go and tell the others if they intend to win they have to setup for themselves then to assemble a half-assed group not caring obviously if they fail.
It's funny how I browze posts like that, where even level capped stuff you'll see... PT1, pld rng rng rng whm(leader) blm.. PT2, Pld pld drg rdm sam drk. Then a week later I read a good times post where they're like "Oh yeah we had a blast, sorry about that second party that came up with us but couldn't quite beat that BC. Too bad." It kind of seems like that to me.
Gregor would have been better off saying, "Well this is 9-2, us higher levels are going to try to get this done but we don't think you low levels can join in and still win really, so we aren't going to drag you to the BC you have no hope of."

You don't ditch anyone in this game?... There were like 5 other people there who im sure think you ditched them too...
Also... how could you not have ditched us? right after you won your match, you left... If you ask me, thats Ditching.
Only person that i remember staying behind after your match was finished was Boomo.
Oh wait a minute... I have a screenshot of not just me saying that you ditched us.... (I blured the names because i dont want them getting blamed for anything or getting mad at me for showing it /sigh.)

I'm going to agree with firestreak here. You should not be taking lvl 58's and 60s into the 9-2 BCNM, you just shouldn't.

I did my rank10 mission at 67, and that was pushing it. However I pulled my wieght, (stun and sata onto the ninja) and it was very very difficult but after 2 tries we pulled it off (first one the idiot taru NPC died.)

His Party setup was (if i remember correct): PLD68, RDM73, NIN74, BLM75, SAM67, and WHM69.

with this possible setup as an experienced leader I would have done.
PT1
74Nin, 73Rdm, 69Whm, 75Blm, 58War 63Drg <--sub par damage but tanks/healing can cover for it.

PT2
68Pld 60Pld 73Rdm 67Drg 75Blm 67Sam <--sub par tanking/healing but enough damage to kill quickly.

Then again as an experienced leader, no one under 65 would have been allowed at ALL.

With your party2, i wonder why you bothered going into the BC. O.o theres just no way by ANY stretch of the imagination that party could win a 9-2 battle. To do it properly you should have done it 3 times, keeping the ninja, rdm, and either blm or whm and filling in the last 3 slots, but that would simply be handing idiots rank10. Jeez.
 
Either way, you sound like a douche Gregor. Yeah, you might not be obligated to help them, but it would have been the decent thing to do. It's people that you that make the lower levels wonder why higher level people are assholes. In your case, they are right. Congrats on leveling one of the easiest jobs to 75 to become an asshole just like the others. Would you prefer a plaque or trophy?
