That's the only thing against Hellstorm that Honcho ever made a stink about on the FB, IIRC.

Nycon chose poor words, but everyone who actually paid attention to that gripe would actually know.

And you are free to think that, but you are wrong. I agree there is no point for you to continue down that path, cause you don't know what the fuck you are talking about.

Notice how Honcho didn't reply to that post of mine. He instead went into full butthurt mode over said stone that was returned to his shell. If he wasn't talking about the stone, he would have corrected me rather quickly. Don't be ignorant.

even i rolled my eyes when i saw honchos first post about formentioned despot/stone

he didnt have to say either words but i knew what he was refering to

anyway nycon... dude. you obviously don't understand. lucki is 100% right with what he said. that was my very first post. i really didn't wanna "dive" back into the whol incident with specifics and get into it too much. but i did want to bring it up simply because of the karma that was inflicted on hells. i didn't wanna say " hay hay hells stole a stone from me... hayy ... listen to me!!!" all i wanted to do was clarify that he was in fact involved in something pretty shitty(which i didn't mention specifically at first) and was never apologetic or remorseful even thugh he was proven wrong by many inclding his own shell members at the time.

now, it's not my fault that hells started to defend that day again like he did before. so whoever is sitting here like " omfg im pissedoff0rz! honcho stop bringing updespotnda stonorz" then well.. get over it. but again lucki, i appreciate it. and if you go back and read nycon, that was my first post. unfortunately, talking about that day just kept heating up seeing that hells only wanted to deny most of it.

So, which is it? You can't have your cake and eat it too. I could careless what your intentions were, you brought up the incident first, not me. So enough already. You weren't talking about a wind crystal or whatever the hell Lucki was talking about. You were referring to the Stone. That was my only point.

dude, it's pretty simple lol. most people on the qcdn boards saw that flame a while back. i didn't feel the need at first to bring it up SPECIFICALLY. i simply said he deserved his karma, which he did. now, if people were going to ask me, "what are you talking about?" then i simply posted a link to that old thread, which i did many pages back when myyrh asked.

i'll sit here and talk about the stone and despot all dayy looonnggg if you want. shit, i may just copy and paste all 100 or w/e it was pages of that old thread.... but there's really no use for that.

if you're upset that i brought this up originally. well, that's tough shit for you. i usually don't hold grudges, and i do forgive and forget... but that's ONLY if the person apologizes. hells was such a douche over that whole thing, so how can i forget? and after i saw this thread, that day was the first thing that popped in my head. I thought hells should know this, and I honestly thought he may... may sit there and say " you know... he's right... maybe i did deserve this.." obviously he did not do that. and that's very unfortunate
 
Dunno how this morphed into a BST thing; Honcho doesn't even play anymore, and the Flock was under different management way back whenever that tiny little miniscule blip of an incident happened.

Oh, and for the record, one civil affirmative defense is "Unclean Hands", which basically states that the person trying to sue you for something has unclean hands; i.e., they're dirty too, and shouldn't be afforded the protection of the court.

Kinda like that one crack whore I laughed at on COPS who called the police when the crack dealer kept her $20 but didn't give her a rock.

Responding to the bold parts.

Yes it's very simple. Check out post #410. I replied to you asking why did you bring up the incident if you didn't want to get into it.

Then lucki and Jeska replied to me saying I first brought it up.

I replied saying it was you who first brought it up. That's all I care about. It was you, which you just admitted to.(see last bold part).

I don't care that you brought up despot or the stone or anything else. I only have been replying today, cause Lucki and Jeska said I brought it up first which isn't true, as you state yourself.(again see above).
