I can't remember anymore quotes, but here's a clue (will probably give this one away) Judd Nelson and Robert Stack are voices in this movie.

Gotta be "Transformers: the Movie" although I think the voice actor quoted was Lionel Stander (he played Max on the old '70's-early 80's tv show Hart-to-Hart) He did the voice of the aging Transformer "Kup"
