Guild Wars

I play Guild Wars, sometimes. I have a lv 20 ranger, mesmer, elementalist, and necromancer.
 
I just found out the hard way, and wasted 1.1k on rune of vigor :(

Hopefully in time, making money wont be so hard lol.
 
I just unlocked
Sorrow's Furnace on my ritualist.
I need to get Green bow: Chkkr's
and then I am set(^^)b

Nightfall is really really good. I absolutely love the story.
Prophecies is still just as good, or better, I like Prophecies more
because it was the original, and always will be, but Nightfall is kind of
Prophecies 2 , while Factions is its own deal.~♪

that's the only way to find out sometimes ruff :)

lol I found out that Rago's Flame Staff now sells for 50k. Shame I customized mine so so long ago ;)

Also: I did a SF run yesterday, and it felt good :) I'll be doing them a lot more in the coming days.

Good:
Became much farther into the storyline of Factions, should finish
it by this week!(^^) Very very good story! ♪
New elites I got today^ ^;
Had a lot of fun~

Bad:
Tristam and I went in a few Sorrow's Furnace parties,
and I don't think I'll be doing those unless I know everyone
who is in the party.^ ^; My mentality is becoming: Guild only/
Friend only/<insert> only.The community in Guild Wars is mixed,
but the people who still farm SF are really really bad at the game it seems.
The best players just get together a guild party^ ^ We should too.

So the Bad was still good because I learned something from it~ ^ ^

I just realized how much work I have yet to do in Guild Wars, even within the scope of the original campaign:

I have yet to build up all my sub-profs, so I can effectively heal as E/Mo, or be a great asset as E/R.

Also, my N/Me is still level 13, and I need to continue building him up (I'm thinking of deleting him, but I spent a lot on his armor a long time ago >.>).

My Dervish, who I've decided will become a D/Mo and a full-avatar of Balthazar, needs a LOT of work.

/sigh, so much to do, so little time. And they say this game is easier than FFXI.
 
I have a lot of work to do, also, lol...

I really need to just delete the E/W I have and get a better sub profession because warrior doesnt compliment it at all...

But I dont think Ill start a new character until I get the nightfall expansion, because Dervish is what I really wanna play as at the moment.

Maybe Ill delete the E/W and make a E/M instead. Ive read around that thats a good combo because you can spam spells easily... But what do you guys think would be a good elementalist sub?
 
Ultimate sex on a stick:

Dervish gets a scythe called "The Deathbringer".

That alone should do the trick :p

E/Me is a great spike damager, with Air or Fire Magic. E/Mo can do wonders for healing especially if you have max Energy Storage (I think my normal energy is around 90). E/N with Water Magic makes for a nice trapper, and I'm sure you could make a Minion Master work well out of it.

E/W is only good if you go with Earth Magic. You then become not only a tank, but a support to your other frontliners with your Wards. If you can sub a Water Magic spell here and there, you can use Ward Against Harm as well to do well.

E/R is a great runner and solo farmer. Troll Unguent helps take the burden off your healers.

As for other combinations, I have no idea. I don't play Ritualist, Assassin, or Paragon.

I went E/ME echo fire nuker with my character
 
I never did enjoy doing Echo Nuking (too much Energy waste for me). I have been doing dual attune nuking since I got Elemental Attunement in late 05 - yes, even before it was thought of as a good thing :x

<3 Dual Attunements, 90+ energy (highest I've ever achieved was 103), and NEVER running out of energy!

I'll have to look up what my skill list is for you. My setup is done in such a way that I rarely waste energy. :)

Ok, my interest for this game has just been reborn... Why?

Because The University I'm going to has it XD...

Edit: I still have the original GW after 2 years of not playing it, but now that I seen it being played at the University along with WoW, I decided to start GW back up again, but first I'm gonna buy ALL the other campaigns and get that new expansion and relearn how to play GW. Oh, and the Uni also peaked my interest in WoW again lol One of the tutors was adding some addons and stuff and now that I saw that, I decided to keep WoW, much to my mum's dismay XD
