The first time i went into KFT i saw Guivre XD, he killed me several times when i just hit 54 thanks to Imbris and R3, i could walk away with my AF3 on...

Actually it was only one exp session that never got off of the ground because of him. Our party was safe and sound at a camp but someone asked for a raise so Nyxie (drk) and me (whm). Went to try and raise them. Nyxie was tractoring and I was trying to raise. I had reraise on so when he killed me the first time I could come back up. Eventually we realize that he wasn't going to let us raise these people (and they hped anyway) the party ended up disbanding.

Form a party going to the Cape. Have at least one of your members who are not able to cast Invis, and are not a Thief say "Oh damn, i ran out of Invis powders. Ah well, as long as Guivre isnt up i'll be ok." And bang, spawn.

i really think he's there just to kill players, thats it.

AHah! So he has a well founded fear of thieves. That explains why he quakes in fear from the mention of my name.

<Guivre> Damn thieves and thier flee. It's hard to run that fast with a stomach full of adventurers!

Guivre is GM controlled. I believe this to be factual. Leveling RDM in Kuftal, I was resting MP in an awesome party when my screen went black. Guivre actually spawned ON TOP of me. Next thing I know, the BLM is dead, and he's looking at me.

Tell me that's not GM controlled.

I blame [GM]Dave... That blm must have been complaining about something stupid... so Guivre ate him. and for good measure he ate the rest of the pt.

Wow, he didn't use Vrtra for once? Least he's getting some orignality... :roll:



And Khidir, stop spreading lies, deodorize is SOLELY for deaggroing mobs. It doesn't do crap for HP agro, nor does sneak, nor does invis. Thus why it's HP agro. You wanna not agro via HP? Keep above 75% or below 1%. That's all.

I've had this experience, as well. I wanted to get close enough to him to do all sorts of insulting emotes, by way of dorky non-revenge. He killed me three times within fifteen minutes. T_T

Blazn doesn't know what he's talking about. I've stood directly in front of his nose, jabbing him in the eyeballs with my finger. He's not True Sight.

He IS sight/sound tho, which is probably what spawned the True Sight rumors.

I still support the theory that he's sometimes GM controlled.

Sorry it was one lie and it wasn't intended that way, I can make mistakes. You don't have to be a pedantic about it. I didn't say anything about sneak/invis affecting hp aggro either

And Khidir, sorry, just don't like people tossing up random junk like that. You'd be suprised how often it's caused parties I've been in to suffer mass delays because some person's casting sneak in a pure-sight zone and stuff like that. It's amazing at how many people think Hecteyes agro sight.

Pfft are you crazy.. [GM]Dave is obsessed with Jorm not Vrtra :P On the occasion he'll use tiamat, or maybe even a random elemental. sometimes a pot for a catch line "They always said pot was dangerous"
 
Jorm, Vrtra, whichever. =P If he wanted to really traumatize 'em he'd stick em in a cell with Evil Oscar anyhow.
 
I personally thought the cruelest was the guy he popped a soloable Lord of onzozo for and said he'd drop club. Then it dropped an ash club ;x

I loved that line, it was from the blog of the guy who thought Gm daves stuff was getting old, so Gm dave gave him some new stuff to go on
