So I'm in this party this morning and we're kinda getting out-pulled by the other party in the tree so we decide to pick up our things and move our asses to Cape Terrigan. We don't have a WHM or a BLM in the group so our leader commissions this BLM to give us a Warp II for a reward of course....his name is Halcyon.

We invite him and say "is 500 gil each okay?" and he's like "No 1000 gil each"....I go "Man that's kinda pricey but I guess >.>." some of the other members in the group make comments along the same lines. Kari ended up giving him her 1k reward and then he warp's himself and disbands...shortly logging off after. I mean what the hell's your problem? So there we are, kari's lost 1k and we're stranded in the nest!

I just want to say if you see this prick running around kick him in the scroach or something, he totally deserves it. :evil:
 
I don't undertsand why people do that. Honestly, like, whms taking the money for a teleport and disbanding.

Its only 1k!! or 500g! wtf are you people doing with yourselves that makes you need to fuck someone off for 1k gil and ruin your reputation instead of farming?
 
I really don't even see what reason he had to do it. So we said it was a bit pricey, but we all still agreed to it after commenting! T_T I'm beginning to hate this game just because of ignorant stupid imature bratty ass kids.

Sounds like a jerk. You should have asked the other parties blm (if they had one). They would probably be happy to d2 you and get the place to themselves.
 
We actually were graced by a very nice BLM shortly after who D2'ed us all for free ^^ I really feel bad I dont remember her name D= Atleast some people are nice

Next time you are in Boyahda Tree get someone to invite him to a party. The choco cost to get there is always more than the 1k and it takes a good 30 mins to get there. Then this is a must when they get there...

I wonder the same thing to myself as well. You can easily make 1k within a few minutes of farming. A lot easier than doing that bullshit.

I have a macro for doing that exact thing.
 
this game has alot of asses on it...this Halycon also did this to me in the Tree about 10 lvs' ago at 55...I asked for D2 he said 1.5k for it...I said "...that's a little pricey don't you think???" he replys "if YOU want to get back to Jeuno w/o exp loss then you'll pay wont you?" finally I said wtf why not and gave him the 1.5k...he warps and logs... :x Couldnt do a damn thing about it... >< o well I guess he felt the need to be an ass and spend all the gil to get to the tree...and then cause me the mis-fortune of having to Death warp(no more BLM's near the Tree -.-) and lost money...
 
Thats lame. If you ever see me runnin around (Rolyat) just send a tell and I'll D2 for free. I don't think im missing out on some market to make money D2ing. Why didn't he do it anyway? What is the advantage of taking the money and not casting the spell?
 
I usually do, I had accidently left my warp cudgel in my MH last night when i was running around Jeuno in my wedding dress :?
 
Come to think of it this jackass tried to charge me 3k for a Tele in Bastok a while back. I looked and he didn't even have whm to tele.

Sent a disparaging tell and blist. Complete asshat.

I never pt'd with him, was shouting for tele and he PM's me.

Hello, someone told me i was being flamed. The number of lies that have come up on this thread astound me. I hope you are all proud of yourself.
The first post is nearly true, however i didn't accept anyone's trade. Therefore, I didn't take anyone's money. That is a lie, and whomever wrote it knows it. Everything thing after that just made me laugh cause it's all complete fabrication. You can believe whatever you want, I won't be posting again.
Oh, and MPK, what a nice suggestion. I've seen those tactics before...
Act like a gilseller if thats your design, just know I've never ripped anyone off in game or real life.

I don't charge people for Tele, actually I even give Teles to ppl who /random /tell me for tele even though I may be busy. Most of them are really nice, but some of them are asshats and don't even say thank you. One player even befriended both Rad and Aalea. ^^
 
I try to give people free teles also. But then they seem to laugh at me when I am only a LV30 WHM. Oh well... :lol: :lol: :lol:
