Half the exp?

If it rolls over then it'll double up fine. No need to set mode.

If i remember correctly, when your in a level capped zone you dont get Limit Points even if you were on limit points before entering, you get experience points (Not sure how this works if your capped exp)

So they wouldnt be earning limit points they would be getting experience points, this would explain why Ruffy wasnt sure if he was on exp/limit because he was probably getting exp.

If im wrong about this then my bad.

Edit: Please tell me how i should have asked in order to explain myself correctly, what did i do wrong? I told them my pt was getting double my exp, we all had signet were all normally 75, we werent sure if we were on limit or exp, no one was using a ring (He kept asking me if i was sure of this one).

My point is this shouldnt happen (In my opinion), and if its meant to happen this way, the GM should know this, or am i wrong?

Given what you were aware of, this was probably the best you could explain it, at the time. The issue is that you are getting pissed at him for not giving a clear answer, when the question wasn't clear. You gave him all the info you knew, and in return, he gave you the best answer with the info given. I think GMs' primary responsibilities are issues with players breaking rules (similar to the Task Force, like how the Police and FBI relate to each other), which includes both witnessing 3rd party violations and harrassing other players.

This is probably classified as a Tech Support issue. You could've tried contacting them, though they are a little more of a hassle then GMs to get a hold of.

The tech support is a much bigger headache then dealing with a GM. With a GM you atleast get to communicate. Tech support... you send them the "error" and you get an automated reply back saying:

"Thanks for yapping about game mechanics that you think are bugged, but because of the large number of request, you will not recieve an indiviual email from us. Thanks, and don not reply from this."

nevermind.

... wait...
...
...
... nevermind.

This is normal. If you worked in customer services before it's exactly the same thing. Most of the cannon fodders (1st line) know jack. It's their job to report to the people behind.
