HALP~! Confused with payment method.

So, I made an accident and misjudged my bank funds, and did not have enough money available to pay playonline.

But now I have enough funds to pay things, and it's all active on my bank account and debit card.

I tried reactivating my content IDs, and I tried updating my payment info, but it won't accept my debit card, which is the same card I've been using.

How the hell do I pay late fees, and how can I get my content IDs reactivated?

Calling customer service is the last damn thing I want to do.
 
I was trying to change my payment info last night, and I kept getting an error that said "Check CC Number, Yadda Yadda". I called SE, and after waiting on the phone for roughly 25 minutes, a gentleman told me that it was likely due to the fact that it's the first day after a billing period. Understandable? Maybe. He also said you can only put in your info once every 30 minutes, to limit congestion. I tried every half hour for the rest of the night with no luck.

Check capitalization?
I've had this happen a few times in the past and once it turned out to be because i didnt capitalize my zip code.

Zip codes dont always have only numbers.Mine has letter and numbers. You however appear to be from an area where they only use numbers. If somthing like a zip code can be rejected for incorrect capitalization then perhaps a street in your address is wrong or you didnt abbreviate where you should have etc etc etc? It will be something really stupid probably but past experience for me has shown that POL cares about it.

Yeah me too. At first I thought maybe I activated the card wrong, so I went to the bank and made a withdrawl to make sure it was good.
 
Spoke to a CSR, they said it's because my payment bounced, I have to update my payment method, even if its the same card. And since it's the begging of the month the servers are congested.

Aka SE servers are made of phail and suck.
 
Servers are always poor on the first billing day of the month.
 
Any luck Tim? I still can't get this to work. Sometimes I even get "You cannot use this card, please choose another card" message. Which doesn't make sense because SE JUST billed my card 1 second ago for $1 for something.

Nope. Just got home from work, gave it another shot, and got the same message I've been getting. This is getting to be a little ridiculous, and now I'm costing my Assault static a run tonight probably. Fuck.
 
And the icing on the cake in the form of a giant "LOL FUCK YOU" from SE is that it's now past 6 PST, so I can't even call them to bitch about it.

Anyway this situation sucks lol. Lost a guy last month for that, now you xD. I bet there's a fuck ton of ppl in the same situation as you guys >.>
 
Tim, try to go to update payment method fill out the info.

When if fails, click back instead of exit.

Then resubmit a second time.

See if they give you a message saying that you cannot use your current card, and to select a new card. I got a couple of times, but I don't know if it's a bug. SE charged me $1 to my card a couple of hours ago...

I have gotten that one before. According to the guy I talked to last night, you can only submit every 30 minutes. I checked my account a few minutes ago and have not been charged anything.
