Really? I coulda swore it was...
On this day all of Canada comes out from their log cabins wearing plaid shirts and toboggans, they raise their hockey sticks to the skies in unison as they let out a massive echoing "EH" and as it reverberates through the valleys and forests, with the opposing hand, they lift the finest bottles of maple syrup with a firm grip and chug it down with a Bret Hart-like veracity all in honor of their national hero.
O' Canada, I salute you!
You forgot beavers and bacon. How are you supposed to perpetuate a false stereotype when you don't use ALL of them!?
I expected more Wes. Really.
I'll bacon your beaver...

O' Canada, I salute you!
American bacon > canadian bacon
wtf is up with canadian bacon anyways? its basically little slices of ham.
JESUS H CHRIST... lmao it's called BACK bacon, and it's cornmeal trimmed slabs rather than fat rippled strips. It does not taste like ham either, I don't like ham but I love me some back bacon.
QUESTION?!?!
How the hell do you wear a toboggan? lol
Thank you Cheebs.
Yes, it is called back bacon. The Canadians did not invent it, it is what you get when you ask for bacon in Britain. It does not have fat and is much healthier for you, then again, it's understandable that American's wouldn't get the concept of "no fat".![]()
In Southern American English, Appalachian English, toboggan refers to a type of hat.
