Why hello there.. I remember those... We were getting like chain 12-13 and that rdm was complaining cause we weren't getting like 300 xp per fight and stopping at his chain 4-5... damn noob.

Wrong party, this was around 65-66 when we were cannoning. It was a lot of fun, pulling any mobs I could to just keep the chain, but we would always run out around 11 or so. On the first two kills that were for around 120 each, the rdm complained about the exp. We still pulled in great exp/hour, it just didn't look impressive per kill.

Sure, we've got counter. But without Counterstance going, it's completely unreliable. And as much as people bitch about MP Sponging, heaven help you if you manage to get hit. Not to mention the slim chance of parrying while shadows being up vs. the no chance of countering while shadows are up.

you also wear rings with -evasion on them too... i dont have that big of a problem keeping shadows up (i do have 3 evasion merits, though, and usually arent wearing any -evasion gear).

i dont see what all the bitching about keeping shadows up is. (i guess i do have black belt which reduces shadow casting alot but meh w/e)
