Is it true that there a 25% cap haste on equip. as shown here?

and if so how did they get the 70% total haste cap considering you could only get the 25% + 15%(haste spell) + 11%(victory march) + 9% (advancing march) giving you a 60% cap where the other 10% come from?

yeah, that last bit can come from haste belt since its reported to be able to stack with Haste itself.

Plus use Dual Weild Earring, Af body, AF 2 legs and that 5% haste hat, you now have + 40% haste to your swings and 25% to your cast time with out a BRD or RDM/WHM

doesn't give any information on duration, although i'd guess it's similar to the spell?

The duration is like 5 mins, it's pretty bad.

It stays if you take off the belt.

The casting time on it is very long, too, by the way.

You have to have the belt equiped the entire time, it's like high breath mantle. It's not really worth it if you have swift belt.

How potent is the haste? If it's like the spell, that'd be worth it over swift belt anyday.
