Hat in hand

[The Pew]

I'm haveing a bit of trouble with this quest. I've talked to every but I can't find Honoi-Gomoi. Without Honoi-Gomoi I can'r complete the quest. It's in the area or Windurst Waters. If you could give me the <pos> of Honoi-Gomoi it would really help me out.

You don't need to talk to everyone.
your gil will vary and not exceed 300.
I got 150, but only spent 5-10 minutes looking around for people.

When you return and talk to the client, he'll say something to you that makes it sound like you are quitting altogether and walking away from the job because you can't hack it. Jus go along with it, and he'll give you some money and credit for the quest.
Move on...This quest isn't worth ANY amount of stress.

Honoi-Gomoi ? I think you will find him in the house at E-6/7 of the smaller map (in the same map where the Hatter is)

Get there from Toraimarai Canal Gate , he's in a house which has two floors.

He is on the second floor of the house, I remembered that he said he is the richest ppl in this area..lol
