on weapons in sky you need like no acc at all go full haste for sure a nin can get over 40% haste (5% legs 3% feet 5% head 6% waiste 3% head 20% earring)+ the brd song of haste+ whm/rdm haste + DW4 + there chain mail whats another 5% whats basicly 2 katans at the speed of 2/3 of one katana if i worked that out right.
So wars need to get haste gear but i rather hit for 300 every 12seconds then hit got 200 every 9 seconds

Firstly, you can't use 2 items in head so it's 5% or 3% there.
Secondly, Earring only activates when you're very low on hp (red I believe) so that doesn't count.
Thirdly, NIN AF Body is 1% faster on swings.

And if those other activities involve mobs harder than VT you'd still be better off w/ 9 less attack and 10 more acc even eating sushi wouldn't you?

Seriously, what is giving you 95% with sushi +22acc that you're using byrnie in? Coffer mobs?

i haven't parsed myself in a few months, it's something i plan on doing once I get a few more pieces of gear (Turban being one of those pieces)

And +22 accuracy was my running total with a Hauby, not with a Byrnie, though if I really felt my accuracy was hurting by swapping in a Byrnie I'd probably replace my Flame Ring for a Sniper with my TP build, and macro in the Flame for WS, whether or not +5 or +10 accuracy makes a difference when chaining T-VT merit mobs, i'm not convinced it does while using Sushi

ever since capping my axe/sword merits and using sushi, I've never felt the need for more accuracy gear and i'm a hardass on accuracy, one of the reasons I don't like using Meat (the only time I'll use meat in a merit party is when we don't have a bard, and I dump some of my haste gear for accuracy gear)

as for the first part of your post, mobs that are harder than VT are generally not worth meriting on IMO, I don't like to merit on Demons in U.Range because you need to be more specific on your support line due to things like AOE Slow, as well as heavy damage TP moves like Condemnation and Eyes On Me, as well as that ever so often -ga3 or sleepga 2

I'd rather merit in the new TAU areas or Sky and just chain d.weapons all night than bother with U.Range, though U.Range does work if you're more picky with your setup

i'm confident that with a byrnie my accuracy on Imps/Flies (TAU) and D.Weaps would be between 90 and 95% with NQ Sushi, unfortunately i'm not lucky enough to have a hauby & byrnie yet

its yellow hp and its more then 1% most people say 3~5% on KI if its 1% you not notice anything its more then that
