Fallen out of touch with someone for so long that you want to call them for the hell of it just to say, "Hey buddy! Let's go out and get a drink!"
Long story short, I called Bill to go out and do what young guys do on a Saturday night, pick up chicks! XD
...to be answered by someone I think sounds like him muffing his voice fucking with me, telling me he's dead.
The skeptic in me says noooo, he's fucking with me, this can't be for real, so I keep joshing calling the person claiming to be his mother on the end of the line all the normal pet-name obscenities I'd call him.
...turns out she doesn't give up the act and I check his myspace, you guessed it alllll lined up with RIP, I miss you, and a bunch of other cheesy fucking posts from people that I didn't really know. After making a few MORE calls, this was confirmed without a shadow of a doubt.
We were going to do some promotions together for the local clubs and he hooked me up with some local modeling companies for work. We both LOVE Taekwondo with our hearts and always talked about having a round or two together, to see who'd win.
...now I'll never know.
