In order to receive this quest you must have completed the SMN AF1 quest for the Kukulcan's Staff and AF2 for the Evoker's Spats.
Head to the House of the Hero in Windurst Walls and hear Carbuncle's cry for help.
Head to Mhaura and speak to Ripapa to get the Lightning Pendulum. Next, head to The Boyahda Tree and walk to the Cloister of Storms. Trade the Lightning Pendulum to the Lightning Photocrystal and enter the battlefield.
Defeat the two weapons, Lightning Gremlin and Thunder Gremlin. Afterwards, go back and speak to Koru-Moru.
Next head to Rabao and talk to Agado-Pugado. He will send you to the Cloister of Gales where you will fight Ogmios. Bring echo drops for the fight.

I got to mhaura the first time, I talked to Ripapa.. he takes my whisper from the last time I faught Ramuh... I zoned out, zoned back in, he gives me that "ouchy wouchy I hurt all over!" line... I'm like... ok...
I wait 24 hours, thinking, well maybe he won't give it to me cause I just turned in my whisper.. I talk to him.. he gives me tuning fork of lightening -_-; so I zone out, yet again, come back, talk again.. he starts telling me "The tuning for of lightening will awaken.." well.. wtf..
Ok so I was thinking "well maybe he won't give it to me cause I don't have my lvl 58 piece yet.. so I go and get it, and today I once again head to mhaura to talk to Ripapa.. "The tuning for of lightening will awaken.."
I went back to the house of the hero "the doors are firmly sealed shut." and I'm at a loss.. does ANYONE have a clue? :wacko:
