Is there a headset for when you're playing online? I was playing Resistance and I couldn't help but wonder if my team mates were trying to talk to me or whatever.

On a Resistance-related note:
I suck at Capture-the-Flag. I was in the level for 20 minutes and I didn't see a single other player the whole time i was playing.

hehe, Capture The Flag games always seem rather small. But ya... I think there's a headset and voice chat thing but I'm not sure if it's active if you don't have a headset? I dunno.. I just remember seeing something on Resistance about a headset chat.. hmm

How you liking Resistance, Pas? It got slammed by most of the reviewers I read (not like that matters.. FPS never get that great reviews anyways but I keep playin em- case in point Bond for xbox lol).

What stupid ass reviews bitch about Resistance? I know GameTrailers.com and their review said their only problem with Resistance is that it's so detailed when it came to levels that it seemed like they could've explored more that way :P

I thought it was great. I really liked most of the weapons, and I thought all the monster designs were pretty sweet. Normal mode was kinda easy, so now I'm playing through it again on Hard.

My only problem with the game was the in-between levels parts and the "skill points" system.

In-between levels there weren't any beautiful cutscenes displaying sweet ass ps3 graphics. Instead there were stills of the surrounding area, and some British chick talking to you about your next mission. Once in a while you'd have a cutscene, but it didn't happen very often.

The skill points pissed me off because you had to guess how to get them. They come with names like This is my rifle, and Why are the candles screaming? but they don't tell you how to achieve them. I think after finishing normal i only had 10 or so of them unlocked, and those were all purely by accident.

I'd give it an 8.5 out of 10, easy. Definitely recommend this one.

I liked the skill points thing :P it makes you play more so you can figure out what they are. Tons of fun, to me.

I just thought it was frustrating gong through an entire level and not hitting a single one. Or when you think you know what it means, and then find out you are totally wrong. That pissed me off. Stupid screaming candles...

I knew it was the fire grenade, I just couldn't figure out how many. Thanks^^

maybe we should compile some info of what each thing is while we're here XD though I'm sure it's on gamefaqs :P but I'd rather not look there anyways unless I am down to my last few and frustrated.

Yeah, I haven't looked any of them up either. I'm hoping to stumble across more as I go through Hard mode.

my first run through I actually went through with co-op with a friend :P I am just about to beat single player on normal myself (was picking up intel files we missed and doing other stuff). Gonna go through hard, myself. I <3 this game.

Yeah, I can't wait to get a second controller so my brother and I can go through it on co-op.

It's pretty fun :P I'm glad you can't kill each other though XD my friend and I in Halo always killed each other on accident (sometimes on purpose when just screwing around). It got annoying after awhile. I really can't wait for a second Resistance <3 there are so many things in the first that allude to another coming (From radio convos you can hear off dead body's radios and the ending and ya)

yeah, this game had "sequel coming soon" written all over it.

I can't wait to see what they do with the sequel though. How will they improve on what they had? What new enemies, weapons, etc will there be :P I'd love if the multiplayer had an option like with C&C Renegade (Breach and Assault are sorta like that but it'd be fun if it was even more so :D)

Yeah, I hope we find out some things soon. Perhaps saving another country from chimeran attack? Maybe finding those responsible for everything? I dunno, but I'm excited.

ya, I really wanna know more of how the chimera came to be.. though right now I'm trying to find this last intel of mine >.> it's the second one for the Tower.. the only one left XD
