i am not alone in thinking QCDN is bullshit and my whole LS hates this site i hate it also, the only reason i am on here is becasue my internet is screwy and i get get on game this was a one time thing for me while i was home sick so

Say he suddenly decides he wants to express himself by killing puppies or sticking small children in microwaves, what then? Do we still put up with it because "he's just expressing himself" ?

You're right we don't know Pande IRL thus we only know him in game and by the way he acts in game it is probably safe to assume he is just as ignorant IRL. You see, we can't just meet him DUH! We only have how he acts in game and by knowing how he does act in game I would not want to meet him even if you fucking payed me to!
