Alright so a bit of useful information for people with the demo that I've figured out.
You all may already have this covered but I think it's kind of interesting.
There are the 2 attack buttons, triangle and square.
What's important to know is that triangle is also a counter button.
Meaning if you block someone's hit, right after you hit triangle, do a counter and hit/often kill them and build up your circle on the top left.
That circle that fills up with yellow is for specials. If one bubble is filled it's level 1, then 2 and 3. The 2nd and 3rd are both really cool.
If you time a counter perfectly you'll do a cooler counter, by the way.
And to block, you have to be in the same stance as the enemy and simple stand there doing nothing. If you aren't moving or attacking you're blocking your stance. In the demo, they're ALL in neutral stance.
To go to range stance hold down L1, the great sword stance is by holding down R1.
X picks up stuff and throws it.
Practice countering, I'm sure it'll be useful in the retail game.
