Way back in May of '06 I, an ever noobish WHM of 71 levels, joined my very first Dynamis shell, the then burgeoning UtterChaos, lead by Trindel. Since then I have stuck with it, grown close to the veterans of the shell, and am now not only a leader of the shell, but have inherited it.
Over the course of the next two and a half years, I obtained the bits and pieces of the Cleric's Attire relic set, and even some others.
About two years ago, UtterChaos breached Dynamis-Beaucedine and started Xarcabard runs. Since then, we've gotten a well spread of every job's AF, except... WHM. Nary a pair in two years. Those of you who know me know full well it is my topic of choice to complain about :3
It became a sort of jest in linkshell chat, people suggesting almost everything to "trick" Xarcabard into dropping my mitts. I'd gotten to the point in believing that I'd have to quit the game before they'd drop for UC.
And then... Dynamis-Xarcabard, Monday, December 8 (WARNING: lolCameraPhone pictures incoming :3)
Needless to say, I almost shot soda out my nose when I saw the drop pop on my screen. (Apologies for the quality >.< I generally play on console)
It's been a long time coming, and I'm still exhilarated two days later. I know, they're not all that good of a piece, and to most people, not worth stressing over for two years, but I am a White Mage through and through. ^^
And now, for a glamor shot :3
