Most of these dogs are really cute. I think that was just an unnaturally ugly dog, and the fact that it was 14 years old, didn't help with how it looked lol

No, Rin. In the article it says that the dog is blind, and thats why its eyes are that color. At least it can't see itself in a mirror, lucky lil bugger.
