I'm addicted to event items, all those stupid little items SE gives out that do you no good and you can't even send to a mule! I'm running out of room and SE seems to have a never ending stream of more ideas that they need to turn into RA/EX items.

I've got all the MH expansions and I'm in desperate need of some more space....especially with this fandangled new Summerfest heading our way (which I am sooooooo excited about)!!! I'm just wondering what all you other peeps do who have the same problem I do...I have no room! Help me out!!

Have you done all the Gobbie bags yet?

Asside from the 80 max spaces, and the storage spaces(i forget max) you cant really do much with rare/ex(none-af).

This is the part where everyone goes out, buys like a 5000 gil thing for her to put in her mog house for 2 extra spaces!

mannequin = waste of space 7 slots for what? 600k+? no thanks

you can buy commodes in the AH for 20k a piece and they give you 4 slots of storage

another alternitave is to buy book shelves because they have fire element on them and if you get enough you can get some mogenhancment that will help when your crafting with a fire crystal and when it breaks you have a GREATER chane to not lose materials buttt.... book shelves are about 100k a piece if i remember =x good luck!
 
When you say Moghouse Experience, do you mean you get more XP per fight, or you loose less from dying?

If its from dying it really doesnt matter since it only happens if you dont get raised and HP, it doesnt work with Raises from what i hear.

They fixed it to work with raises. Just that with faint energy, it'll only save you a whopping 20 EXP with Raise III
 
PACKRAT!

Storage space is only good on your mules.

On your main, why bother have your items in storage? You're supposed to have items readily available unless you'll always be in your main city. Having your items in your safe is the most convienent.

You're in Jeuno, have to change jobs.. "Oh, that set is in my storage..." Off to home city I go to get it...while it could just be on a mule.

However, that $1/month/mule is kind of costly....
 
Do you need Mannequin Feet Sabs? I can just give em to you....that way if you can make a random Mannequin, you will have extra space. <3 :twisted:

Speaking of rare/ex items - does anyone have a Rabbit Stick? I believe it is a year or so old from some event...I am dying to nab one, but have never seen one at the AH or in any bazaars...
 
So uhh, I quit the game every once in a while when new games come out (*cough WoW, Battlefield 2).....So I'm kinda behind on new things like mannequin stuff. Ive done all the gob bags and safe storage things, but still want more or maybe wanna get the mannequin stuff for my AFs. Are those just quested or whats up with that? Or can I buy 'em for gil?

you can bcnm the parts real easy, those bcnms are a joke. then every mannequin after that is 250k, not bad i say for 7 storage.
 
Here's what I have setup:

Holiday furnishings are in my house, to give me extra storage space (usually 1 for 1, but eh, I take what I can get). Storage is used to keep all those holiday items I may have a use for someday, but don't right now. If there's a regular version and a +1 of something (like the Yukatas) I always throw our the regular version.

I have all mog safe quests, and all gobbybags but the last. I've found that gives me enough space for equipment for 2 jobs (RDM and BST, both of which have multiple equips for macro changes) and plenty extra for random items I like to keep on hand (Delkfutts key, for example). All my equipment for other jobs I don't play as often (DRK, WHM/BLM, NIN, BRD, BST BCNM 20 gear) I keep on a mule. When I need to swap jobs, it's a simple matter of logging the mule and running her to the nearest AH- usually takes me no more than 5-10 minutes to change gear entirely. If I need extra temporary space on my main, I'll send myself the gear from my main jobs that I'm not using at the moment.

Using this system, my mule is usually pretty close to full (50/50 mog safe and 25/30 inventory) but I manage to keep a good amount of space on my main for random drops and the like (usually 80/80 safe and 35/55 inventory). Only time I ever have problems is when I'm getting non-stackable drops, like spider webs while XPing, or farming Royal Jelly for cooking, and then I usually just pass any stuff I don't need to my husband. ;)
 
Quests and whatnot could be fun, I can see that for sure. But keeping all the crap SE hands out on a regular basis? Bleh...
Ditch that crap. That's the easiest way to make the most of your space.

I get rid of as much of it as possible and it's tough to manage my space. I can't even imagine keeping everything.

Since it's R/E, you can't trade, sell em, ah em, bazaar em, send em, etc. etc. Which is why you haven't seen them. Basically, if it's R/E, you either get it yourself or you are out of luck.
