So...

I'm not entirely sure I deserve my own thread to say hello, but I sorta doubt it's gonna hurt anyone either, so here it is...

I've been playing for a long time, but most people probably don't know me. I figured I'd finally get an account here and say hello since I don't have much else to do at the moment.

Let's see... My main job and only one at an almost decent level is DRG at 70. Other than that, not much is exciting. Anyway, the idea was to introduce myself, and there's not too much else to say. So there you go. Stop in and say hi or look me up in game.

And I guess I already told you, Zy, but for anyone else that knows me who stumbles onto this thread... or anyone else who's interested I suppose... I decided to go beat Maat today. So yay me and 1/1 and all that. The appropriate response for anyone who doesn't know is "It's about damn time" by the way. :D

I remember burning ~300k on my first fight vs him as WHM and somehow still losing...gekh.
 
Wow, 300k seems kinda rough. Especially if you had to do it all over again. I uh... bought some sleeping potions, a pamama au lait and an icarus wing. I must have gotten lucky. Also, DRG Maat is sort of a joke. In any case, thanks!

Also, good luck getting enough money for an hourglass out of a chump like me. To be honest, I'd say that if you paid more than 50k or so you were ripped off. :D
