Help me find an MP3 player with some required features.

The MP3 player needs to either...
1) Have built in retractable headphones.
2) Be a headphone itself wiith no seperate device.

It needs to either...
1) Get its memory via USB, meaning a usb thumb drive detaches from it to put on/take off songs. No special folder arrangement needed!
2) Be instantly recognized AS a usb thumb drive when plugged into a device, with either a built in male usb plug or a cord that I can buy a 2nd one of, and does NOT require a powered adapter.

It must be rechargable.

Sound quality must be high.

Anyone know of something like this?

I highly doubt something like this exists. If the headphones break, you're screwed, if the MP3 player breaks you're screwed. There might be a headphones MP3 player, but the sound quality is going to suck.

I've only seen one device with a built-in earphones, it was a cheap little radio unit and the earphones were the $5.00 POS earphones that come with all MP3 players. Good luck, but I doubt you'll find what you're looking for.
