How do people get that glow around their character? like if you wanted a blue glow or outline on your character, could u tell em how its done, or give me a tutorial link for it?

If you are using photoshop to make your signature, then double click the layer which you want to add the glow effect to. Next there should be an option outter glow. Click that box, then go to the outter glow effect and change the settings. Color and opacity are obvious, and then you can mess around with the others to get the effect you like most (i usually just leave the rest how it is.)

Also, if you just want a pure outline, go into the same blending options as the Outer Glow, but instead of outerglow, chose stroke. There you can give it an outline, chose the color and pixel width and such. Pretty self explanitory once you are in there.
