Looking to buy Logitech Z-5500 505 Watts 5.1 Speaker - Retail

at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16836121120

Help me out >.>

Well i would buy it there alot of pluses i would go with as a gamer don't gotta worry about one sound drowing the other good system set up.......i tell you go all out but go with what you got in your pocket.....thanks for the site though.......i was looking for something new and thanks to you i found it

Simple, don't get an extended warrenty. You are adding 15% of your total just for just 1 year more coverage. Since its logitech, I imagine it already comes with a 1 or 3 year manufactuer warranty.

From their site:
Product Replacement Plans:

With a Service Net Product Replacement Plan, you can simply replace the product. No hassles. No worries.

Perfect For Inexpensive Or Disposable Equipment

Service Net Product Replacement Plans eliminate out-of-pocket repair costs. Service Net guarantees to pay 100% of the purchase price minus sales tax for covered items retailing for less than $499.99. Each plan covers the product for one full year. Upon replacement, the plan is fulfilled.
If you really want one, looks like you should go with the product replacement plan.

should i go for 2 years replacement or?

It comes with a manufactuer warranty already. Given its logitec I would wager its 1 or 3 year. You don't need any extended warranty. Heck, if you still have the paperwork for the extended warranty in 3+ years when you might need it, you're one in a million.
