Help!

Hey guys i have a HUGE problem, i really want to play on my old character Theflash, but i cannot remember the content ID, is there ANYWAY that i can get it back from Square Enix or whoever even though it has been a long time?

I think if you call SE and give the original credit card number which the game first was activated with, you should be able to get your information back.

Hmm, would the number still be the same if my credit card expired and i had to renew it or whatever?
