I like helping others and WILL continue to do so.


but people like this guy (name withdrawn) makes it damn hard sometimes.


I was leveling a weapon in maze of shakhrami, and a /shout was shouted,
"Will someone help me with the Dragoon Quest?" Well, I know it's a bitch to get help sometimes so I offered to help him. He waited until I walked to Windy and changed jobs/armor. I almost bought a chicken and in Party chat..... "Yay, I got the egg." "Some guy helped."

I said: "Already? well Congratulations."
I was thinking: ">< Mother---god--damn fucker...!!!!"


Hey, at least I was polite and never said any bad things :P
 
I also like helping others and do it often. BUT, when I'm in a 12 person alliance and we are trying to do something ourselves for the first time, and I get tels from people saying they've died and need a Raise (when I myself have no map and no clue of where I'm even at), multiple tels asking if they can they join us (on a LS Member Mission only, which I've already explained several times), I've finally had enough and I'm gonna blow.

You know who you are. Please have some consideration for others. I'm sorry you died, can't get your subligar yada yada. But, please don't let a repeat of last Friday nite happen again. It was very rude and inconsiderate.
 
Sorry if this is stupid to ask...but why did you hafto leave Shakhrami and walk to Windy then change jobs to help him mine the egg? I mean if you have the quest flagged it's the first thing you'll mine in Shakrami, period..doesn't exactly need help to begin with, unless you mean he'd killed the NM by the time you got to Windy

Yeah, cause you know, if he hit level 30 to even get the DRG quest flagged, then delevelled to around 24, they might still agro him! Oh sh-!t...
 
Actually, when I did it at 32 *I think.* I had to go deep enough in to get my egg that almost everythign aggroed me. I ended up getting help from a 35 drg doing magic pattern and a red mage I knew helped me out.

If you got sneak/invis/deoderize it's no problem though. The HARD part is killing Cyranuce if you don't got anyone to help you.

This is due to the fact that duffman is a retard. Most retards are very gulliable, and will easily make silly mistakes.

Duffman is n00b gimp SAM, likes to use SAM/RNG in EXPPT.
Krono no like gimp or n00bs or when they play Krono's job.
Duffman send friends to try to talk mess to Krono.
Krono laughs and makes them look like punks.
Duffman cries off in corner and takes any possible desperate blow he can.

Ps: I wrote this in third person for no reason, I am in no way an egotistical bastard. :wink:

First time I saw a sam/rng in pt amazed me. Thanks to good equip It was a rng who could deal some melee dmg in addition to ranged and get tp even faster >< Very good combo if played right
 
I'm not a big fan of sam/rng; although the majority of my experience with them is people who go sam/rng from 30-50; when they should have a war sub so they can voke first. While it's true that you've got a bunch of tp for sidewinder or slug shot, I would think that you'd be more valuable to the party with a war or thf(post 60) sub.

My sam's only 26, so I'm really not one to say if the combo is good or now, but that's just how it seems to me.
