I'd just like to comment on this, I don't talk behind people's backs. If I have a problem with people I tell them to their face. Now I appreciate if in the past you have defended me and I don't talk bad about you in secret. What I have to say about anyone is theirs to hear as well to defend themself. I thought handing the Osode to a member when you left was a classy move but let's be honest, burning yourself out to get all you wand immediately and then simply not coming is not cool and you know it. If you earned your osode or not never even occured to me before tonight because you kept the Osode in LS so it was not as if you were ever trying to say "This is all mine and I owe no one anything for it."

Now you seemed like a pretty cool guy and I don't honestly think you felt that, at least at the time you left. I don't think you told yourself that you don't owe the LS for the Osode. But that's what Ithenas was trying to say that the Osode should go with him out of LS.

Man, Delite, use your common sense, it wouldn't be fair to let people leave with osode with 3x less dedication than some others without it, wich accepted to let people needing it more get it before them to make the LS stronger.

I quit the game 3 months ago...never to be flamed once for anything on this board or any board.

My first flame comes to me from a Game I quit, from friends I have known for years, saying what I am doing is wrong...and callin me out for something I had no control over.

This is what happened...and this is the truth....

I told Ithenas I wanted to give him my osode when I quit. There...that is the truth..but guess what, His Ranger was only in the sixties and he could not wear it.

At the time Wowzer was using it and Ithenas said he could wear it for now...Wowzer even offered it to him, Ithenas Refused to make the LS tronger.

Durin the past couple of months, Prophecy told Wowzer that my Osode was his, and if I come back I will get a new Osode...at the time, it did not occur to me that this would blow up like this. ( and I am sorry if I offended anyone...really I am)

Now the time has come to where Ithenas wants what I gave to him, I am still very close to both of them, and really happy one of them gets to wear it, But I think it should be mydecision since it was my osode...I earned it.

Not Prophecy's decision or the Linkshell, I am sorry proph if this makes you feel cheated...I really am, but I did not see this comming, I am put in a very hard place to make a decision like this....

Considering I have answered all questions at me I'm still waiting for response to if Ithenas was intending to leave with Osode when he asked for it while still a member, and I'd like to know if Ithenas intends to set straight any bullshit remark that my attendence was anything short of top notch.

As far as any message to Proph it's pointless. The Osode is on Wowzer and until sorted out, preferably in private, in my opinion it should remain there.
 
Remain on Wowzer...I am sorry but your opinion does not matter here. You are entitled to it, but should be not taken into consideration.

It is not your place to make a decision when it has nothing to do with you...

This is Between Me, ithenas, Prophecy and Wowzer, and that is all.

Honestly Delite I'm not trying to flame you, I am defending Wowzer and nothing else. You gave your Osode back to a LS member and that was an honorable thing to do. Nobody bad mouths you. But the Osode is Wowzer's now. He earned it as much as you did. Ithenas was going to get another Osode for his ranger. You were going to get another Osode for yourself if you came back(not saying you won't if you do still). But life goes on. At the start fo the LS we used the money drops to fund abjuration because we wanted to get the LS stronger and fast, and it worked. You know this well because you personally did benefit from it. If Ithenas wanted his Osode he could have gotten if he stayed. You and I both know that.
 
aight im back. vang ur lucky u got pearl back when i kicked you. but you still got kicked for permanent less then a week later so that dont really matter. if u camped something that someone else wanted in your LS, what do u do? give it to them? i wasnt there when peregrine died, i just tagged along with someone else there and killed it. other people entered right after we did to kill it and peregrine wasnt even jungle yet so that doesnt matter either. delite got anything he wanted out of the ls. atleast 15-20mil was spent just on his logs for his shura gear. giving the osode that shouldnt even be your property yet is just fucking over the ls. and yet u dont seem to find why we are pissed off about it
 
you want dedication alg, get a dog. You think that it's not fair that you haven't gotten an osode out of OH yet, ok hows this for *fair* i dumped close to 200k worth of XP and god knows how much gil and time into OH, i tanked shit weakened i took raise 1's more than most people, hell i even took several raise 1's on a non 75 job. i never bitched and i never complained about it either. Yea there were some times when i didn't show up to god farming (i never showed on thrusdays cause i had an evening class in the middle of our farming time) but i was always at the major events when i was on, and it'd try to plan my other stuff around schedualed events in the game. and for what? a 200k item? you call that fair. I put a whole lotta time and effort into OH, for almost no return, so if you want dedication i don't know what else you could ask for, giving everything and recieving almost nothing, then when i ask for something that i earned and was given to me by a friend, and i had asked for it long before i had even thought of leaving the shell, i was denied what was rightfully mine. I'm not expecting to get the osode back, if i did that would be freakin awsome, but chances of that happening are slim to none. And i'm glad i left OH on that note, because the people i joined the shell with aren't the same people i know now, i'm not sure when the change happened but it did somewhere. I can remember when you joined alg, you didn't want anything else except a nobles, you often passed on zenith piece just to get the first shining cloth that dropped. And hey, you got it, you deserved it, congrats on a 10mil piece of gear, but now that's not enough? you got your zenith as well and that's not enough? you got 16mil~ in gear and you're complaining and whining because you don't have an item any of your jobs are even close to equiping?!

It should of never been given to anyone by anyone else except for me. Do you understand what I am trying to say?

It was not Prophecy place to give something away that did not belong to him.

I admire Prophecy to death, and he knows this, I am his brother for life, and will always remember him for all the great things he did, and I know he will do the same, but he was wrong here.

Please see it from my point of view and then post and tell me when you think.
 
It is between you four, but it was Ithenas who made it a public matter not me. If my opinion does not matter even as person who was there and knows who did what first-hand, what is the point in discussing it in public at all? Then random people who barely know what's going on flood this thread with comments. What can I say?
 
Was it wrong for Ithenas to Post about this... Maybe, but it was just now brought to my attention. I was not aware that Ithenas quit the shell. I was not aware that he would not be getting an Osode.

Maybe this should of been put into a private session, but now it is all out in the open, just the way I like it. I was attacked from every angle here.

Again I apologize to you Fire for the harsh things I said...I felt betrayed and hurt by everything that was going on.

I would love for this to get settled, for Ithenas and Wowzer to both have their own Osodes...and for this to be put away forever.

WIll this happen...I really hope so.
 
only reason i brought it to light was because i was having to deal w/ private comminications thru strid, who told me that you delite said you didn't even remember giving the osode to me. here's what the PM's looked like

Delite told Wowzer he could have it and that if he returned he wouldn't need it anyway so to just keep it. Prop also told Wowzer to keep it as Delite had been gone so long and that if he wanted another he could get it back eventually on another Kirin. So it really sounds like it was Wowzers via Delite and based off what Delite has been saying he never gave it to you or anyone but Wowzer to begin with. I don't know the "real" orangments of the armour but this is just what I've heard these guys talk about.

So, everyone remember the BIG update a month or so ago right? The one where all the good NM drops were to become rare/ex and whatnot.

I believe the update was to be on a monday, and NA would not have a chance to get on till about 3 am est or so, am i right?

So our fearless leader, puts in LS message. "Everyone to log in Dragon's Aery for MANDATORY Fafnir event. Everyone be there"

or something to that effect only spelled much worse and with more of a kindergarten style of typing too it, am I right?

Now

1. NA would not even have a CHANCE to log on till 3 am est on a weeknight. Well, when half of our fucking LS can't even show up to a Kirin on a Saturday afternoon ya kind of just figure it's going to be a bust.

So what happens at 3 am est the next night? 5% of the server are even actually able to log on, and the rest of us didn't even get settled in until Tuesday night or Wednesday morning for god's sake.

Oh, guess I was right about that too, nothing new though.

But let's rewind this shall we?

My participation was above and beyond the call of duty, I was there for damn near everything, even side shit at all times, hell I practically had to strangle someone to go camp a HNM whenever we had a TOD because everyone was too fucking lazy. I showed up to all of his stupid Mandatory events and even planned on showing up to Faf and secretly laughing while he bitched about 5 people being there at 3 am in the morning on a weeknight. Even at the best of update conditions that's how it would have went.

Kind of hard to take down Faf or Nid when it's Me, Coh, Algarius, Proph, Firestreak and maybe 2 or 3 more tops since those were the only people on at that time of night on a consistent basis. Am I right?

Of course I am. God damn I am pretty.

None the less Sunday night comes and we are all talking about it, so Proph brings up as a reminder for us all to log there. So I said in auto translator for what I though would add a more joking approach "(No Thanks) (Maze of Shakrami) (Yes, Please)"

Proph responds back in auto translator "Vang don't show (/breaklinkpearl) (understood?)" So of course IMO i thought we were joking around back and forth and I add "(No Thanks) (Maze of Shakrami) (See you again!)"

and then Proph responds "Vang stop acting high and mighty your not that important to the LS" at this moment I could tell he was too dim to see my sarcasm and I told him that I guarantee he wouldn't kick his precious Rangers or BLMs if they didn't show. Since they never fucking did when they got their gear anyways (except JohnnyB, Cohibu, and Firestreak).

Next thing I know my LS pearl was broken.

Soooo.... I am pissed of course, I do a /sea all Proph and see that he's leveling his WAR in CN, I take my Ninja to the beetle room and kill everything he can xp off of and loved every second of it. They finally leave and go to Gustav Tunnel so I follow them out there and on my way Proph sends me tells saying he was going to let me back in the LS, but not now after I killed his xp mobs.

Which leads me to believe he knew he kicked me for a fucked up reason and then had the nerve to tell me he was going to let me back in lol.

Oh and the day before Cohibu kicked me from LS because I had to leave to go to guitar practice AFTER i had told the LS I could only kite Kirin with Kireek and then I had to go. Well OH was wiping to Kirin and my time was up so I told them repeatedly I had to go. He called me a piece of shit and booted me without telling anyone, his pussy was sore because he wasn't going to get his W. Legs that day.

Why did OH (such a skilled bunch) wipe on Kirin? Because we had 35% of our members there since no one ever showed anymore. Oh well...

I get back from guitar, get a pearl back after they all call him a dumbass for booting me and later on he apologized for it. Then the very next day Proph boots me.

But like I said most of OH is cool, I realize they have to kiss ass to get their god's gear to an inbred mexican who would rather be sucking off Serise than running OH but I still <3 most of them :D Proph is very skilled at what he does ingame (tanking and manipulating), he is just not a very bright guy at all and reacts to hastily to shit without thinking of repercussions.

This is all 100% accurate sans the Proph to Vang talk , most of which is dead on except he can't type as well and a few words may be off. So next time instead of being afraid of Proph at least go into a bit more detail as to why I was kicked Alg, you were on that night as well.

Funny, I knew when I was a level 60 Ninja or so there would only be 2 HNMLS I would even consider joining, OH (the up and coming badass LS) or Kaizen (Established LS, the real deal)... Too bad Kaizen had plenty of Ninjas or I may have enjoyed end game more.
 
When I quit and initially gave him the Osode...he was in the shell. This was all a case of mis- communication and misfortune.

Wowzer offered ithenas the Osode but he could not wear it at the time, so he let Wowzer keep wearing it.

Then Ith quit the shell, and just because he is not in the shell now...he was when I gave it to him...

so who is right here...I have no fucking idea

I got exactly 9.8mil from the LS, and you are saying you got only 200k worth of shit? Why would someone use all her points to get W. legs in Notorious hunters if they are only worth less than 200k? striders are around 20mil and herald's gaiters don't even have a price
 
Well Ithenas would have been getting his own Osode had he stayed in the shell. He made the choice to leave. He's in a new god shell now, he can get Osode from them.


As for Alg, Algarius is not complaining he hasn't gotten an Osode. He is complaining to hear the argument so often of people to claim they have earned all they have. Is it wrong for Algarius to stay while you leave, and hope to get more out of the LS? Many have had millions in abjuration funded, some have been given Scorpion Harness. Has Algarius gotten gil to buy Serket Ring or Astral Earring? No.

The LS is not a prison, and therefore the choice to do the right thing in terms of paying back to the LS when you were given something so you could be more helpful is on the burden of the member. But seriously, that doesn't mean we have to be stupid does it? Giving Osodes out to ex-members. Especially if he didn't even freaking tell you he left.
